8 years in NYC.

Time hasn’t stopped. It’s been anything but slowing down. I moved here in 2018 on October 3rd with a single suitcase and a big dream awaiting my pursuit.

Unraveling some wild experiences, I’ve lived in 6 different neighborhoods, 6 apartments, have worked for over 7 companies, and within that time have found a beautiful community of people to share life with. I’ve been so blessed to call this place home over the last several years.

New York consists of both positive and negative emotions for me. I find some comfort knowing that it’s never too late to start a new hobby, or try a different career I never thought about doing before, as each day is its own unique journey that takes you somewhere unexpected. I value my free will to choose to beat to my own drum and find a rhythm that makes sense to me. Now, there’s always room for improvement, but sometimes it’s good to just be still and keep things simple. In each instance, I find myself showing up just because I can, and that makes me happy at the end of the day.

Life is seemingly predictable on the outside for some, but I love to invite people to try and search for what makes them feel alive and what rings true to them, even if it doesn’t always consist of proper logic. This for me, is working alongside creatives, collaborating with others in music, acting, creating stories, etc. I moved here with a big dream to perform on the stage, film, television, music and beyond! I have found myself doing those things on occasion, but since life situations always came first, as a New Yorker, I try and keep it real and continue to keep the dream alive when it counts the most.

Thank you NYC: you indeed are such a vibrant, inspiring, challenging, heartbreaking, and wildly unpredictable place to live. Thanks for helping me think outside the box and discover my gems in the rough. I found a lot of myself here, and I’m hoping we continue to have a lot more memories together ❤️

thankful for my family, my friends, and the massive amount of love I feel from those I’m surrounded by. I’m truly so grateful God granted me with so many beautiful people that make my life that much sweeter. 🤍

Congrats to two of my best friends on tying the knot 🤍 Rob you’ve been a brother to me since day one and always have my back, thank you for bringing Al into all of our lives. Al you are truly one of a kind and my go-to for advice. I can’t wait to see your relationship continue to flourish.
