My life has been book worthy with its twists and turns but one thing that has always been a constant is that I will defy the odds, blaze my own trail and forever be the leader of my own life. I want this for YOU too

That’s a wrap on SZN 11 of QUERENCIA 😭
When I was 25 I had a desire to create something of my own that would focus on mentoring the future generation with a mix of dance , industry & mindset/mental health.
It started in the central coast with 9 girls and now we are on 11 sold out seasons selling out within 48 hours
Yesterday I got to bring my mum into the space - my anchor, my best friend- who has been there throughout my entire journey and has never seen in person what I love so much. We ended the day crying together and then living our robe life and I will never forget this moment with her 🥺🥺

Also walked into my hotel to a card & vino from my man @samvsfood_ all the way in nyc & cried

Major thank you to our guests the incredible @danibilios and @kieronkulik for imparting your knowledge and personal feedback. It was a truly an honour to have you in there from my own mentors to being on the table for the girls 💓

To every girl who attended yesterday - I am endlessly grateful for your love, passion and how you showed up for yourself. A huge day , so many major breakthroughs . You are in the sisterhood for life and I can’t wait to watch everything you do 🌸✨

Walking through the streets of New York with this drumming in my ears I knew I had to create something. Something raw, real & authentic - A visual that could capture this time in my life- A time to look back on when I’m on Broadway one day and remembering the grit & tenacity I gave to the journey . The vision was instant & I adored creating on the fly with walker & feeling FREE

Moving to a new city to chase your dreams is big stuff. Starting all over again is scary.
A season of quiet studio hours, of training like I’m 18 again, of grit and tenacity, feeling new and not knowing where to start and not quitting until I make an imprint in the city of my dreams.

The late nights, the sweat, the tears, the belief & rise, the wildness I feel when I dance from my heart and soul. It’s not something I was taught, it’s something that just exists and I wonder if I was meant to be born in the 80s… but living in nyc makes me feel like I’m back in that time. Where I’m training towards the vision daily, im pushing boundaries with my friends as we train hard, I’m waiting in line to audition and we are all pouring our hearts into the dance floor. waiting for someone to give us that chance

So this one is dedicated to every dancer who is defying the odds and in persuit of their fullest potential. I see you - and there’s nothing more magical than knowing you poured your heart into every moment. That this city made you feel ALIVEEEE
How lucky we are to know and love - dance.

To be honest I never used to believe in vision boards all that much but seeing how much of my reality suprised me & reflected back to me the little scraps of paper I placed on cardboard back in February I am now an avid fan !!

Here are some tips as you create your vision for 2026
- don’t make it all about accomplishments !
Yes careers goals are incredible but this board should be a mood board that encompasses all that you are and all you want to be!! The wellness habits, the beliefs, the mindset, the emotions you want to feel, the sights you want to see, the relationships you want to have 😍 don’t leave anything out !!

- make the photos POV
This was new for me but it truly helped me feel like I was living it already. As Abraham hicks preaches- living as if you already have the moment. The pov shots made me feel like I had lived the moment over and over again so it felt true to my subconscious mind and something that was already a part of me - not out of reach

- make it a vibeeeee - whether it’s it girl, or clean girl, or party girl let your vision board speak an entire essence & vibe to you. It should make you feel unstoppable, magnetic & inspired as fuck

- use photos of yourself where you felt unstoppable, joyful, or insanely proud. I enjoyed adding photos of myself from past years where I felt like I was living the dream … again reminding me that since I’ve had it before I can have it again 😍

So shall we sit down and create a vision for 2026 ?!

A beautiful & extraordinary year in so many ways 🥺😭 Here are my 3 main takeaways
1. ✨ My no always opens space for my aligned yes. This year I said no to more opportunities than yes. I turned down tours, shows, positions that felt like vomiting on the inside but honestly it lead me to everything I have been calling in. The no is scary but you owe it to yourself to leap
2. ✨Nothing changes if nothing changes. Whether it’s your mindset, limiting beliefs, energy, environments, or what you are accepting. If you don’t change everything stays the same. Every decision you are one singular moment away from changing your life and that’s something to be excited about. Be bold brave, and go big
3. ✨ Stop letting your fear of judgement limit your potential. Show up in your light, in your authenticity. Be daring, be different and start taking up space as the person you know you can be. As Mel Robbin’s says best - let themmmmm baby. Would you rather disappoint others or dissapoubt yourself - let that one sit
