Everybody wants a million views. Michael Decker asked a better question.
Have you ever stood in a room with three hundred people in it?
Because three hundred people watching you is enormous. It only feels small because a number on a screen taught you to think that way.
Would you turn down a room with three hundred people in it?

Amateurs drift into their day. Professionals launch into it.
Michael Decker calls the pre-work ritual the bridge between your life and your performance. Ten minutes that decide whether you spend the day reacting to it or commanding it.
Most people skip it and then wonder why the day owned them.
Do you drift into your day, or launch into it?

Burnout doesn’t happen because you lack talent.
It happens because you lack rhythm. And the silent enemy is drift — the slow pull toward whatever feels urgent instead of whatever matters.
Michael Decker calls it formation before performance. Build the person who can carry the weight, then hand them the weight.
Do you have a rhythm, or are you running on talent?

Success versus Significance

Michael Decker @themichaeldecker was in a valley when most people would think he would have been on top of the mountain. Chasing success continued to leave a void and that was when he realized that significance is what he really wanted. Impacting and serving others around him in meaningful ways was the true path to feeling successful.
Now he runs a weekly leadership webinar called Unfiltered Leader, every Wednesday at 12:00 PM CST. Reaching out to others in the industry that want to lead with Purpose over Paycheck, Michael is someone I highly recommend you follow.
