Pretending money doesn’t matter while it controls your decisions isn’t artistic integrity, it’s cognitive dissonance. You can care deeply about your craft AND your income. Both are real.

Drop a 🤍 if you’ve said “I’m not really about the money”. No judgment. Just honesty.

You know you should save. You know you should invest. So why does the money still disappear?

Because your money mindset didn’t start with your first paid gig. It was formed over years, by what you saw, what you heard, and what nobody said.

That’s why information alone doesn’t fix it. And it’s why smart people still fall for “double your money” schemes. The pull isn’t the information. It’s the pressure to catch up and finally feel safe.

Unlearning takes time. It’s small, intentional choices, over and over.

Be patient with yourself, and stay intentional. 🤍

What’s one money belief you picked up growing up that you’re still unlearning? 👇🏾

When it comes to my shoots, I’m a perfectionist, I want everything to go well. From scripting, to shoot, to execution, to editing, I always want my clients to be very happy with the finished work.

So here’s a little bts to one of my shoots😂 did the finished work come out amazing? Obviously but before that I almost crase 😂

My name is Eefomaa, and I’m available this season to be your red carpet host, event host, vox pop host and content creator.

Have an event coming up or an idea you want to bring to life? Get into my DMs, let’s talk, or send an email to amaechiifeoma38@gmail.com.

Let’s create something beautiful together. ❤️

My dad used to say: “Service is not the way to the top. It’s the way of the top.”

I used to think serving was the season before success. The free gigs, the extra mile, the clients you bend over for, all so one day you won’t have to.

But the people who stay at the top never stopped serving. They just got better at it.

If you’re in your serving season right now, you’re not behind. You’re practising.

What’s something your parents said that only made sense once you started building? 👇🏾

I took this pictures of Ellie Scotte Last year and kept it.
One of the very few persons who accepted and was always there when I started working with Adesuwa was Ellie.

Such a sweetheart, playful, happy. This is a public note to tell you how much I love you ❤️💕😘
And yes please go stream our new Album; All Road Leads To Adonai…

Creatives and Gadgets 5&6 😏

Do you ask yourself questions before you purchase any equipments???
If you do what are the questions?? and if you don’t you should start asking questions.

You collected the money. You delivered the gig. So why does it feel like you have nothing to show for it? 👀
For many creatives, the problem isn’t always how much we earn. Sometimes, it’s what happens after the money comes in.

One big gig can feel like a breakthrough, but without a plan, that money can disappear before the next opportunity arrives.
And no, the answer isn’t simply “spend less” or “invest more.” It starts with understanding your relationship with money, building better habits, and creating a system that works for the kind of income you earn.

Because the goal isn’t just to make money from your creativity. It’s to build a life where your creativity can sustain you.

At Canvas & Capital, we believe creatives deserve more than a good payday. We deserve structure, financial stability, wealth, and a legacy.

Be honest: Have you ever earned money from a gig and wondered where it all went? 👇🏽

Is getting more clients or gadgets the answer to building financial wealth??

As creatives we need to learn to build financial structures to help build wealth.

This is me posting more!!!!
I’ve been offline for a while wearing different caps. One thing I’ve learnt is that as humans we have no idea of how much we can do until we step out to do them….
Cheers to me stepping out more..
