hey what a wonderful kind of day! MEET ARTHUR💙

9 years old. 60 lbs. neutered doberman. professional velcro dog. stuffed duck extremist. certified good boy with absolutely no fluffing clue what personal space is.

arthur is a happy, hoppy goofball who loves his people with his entire giant heart and would like to be involved in literally everything you do. cooking gets supervision. laundry gets supervision. bathroom trips get supervision. privacy is apparently for losers.

he is house trained, crate trained, and fully trusted to roam the house unsupervised like he pays the dang mortgage. if only.

his sit is solid. his wait is solid. his impulse control is currently under construction because oh for fluffs sake, we're working on it.

he is still polishing his manners with people and dogs and learning that sharing his toys is apparently a thing civilized society expects🙄

arthur would probably prefer to be your one and only, although the right female dog could potentially pass the vibe check🤷🏼‍♀️

kids are an unknown, but this 60 lb goofball is basically a furry wrecking ball with feelings, so older kids would be best😬

he also has genetic alopecia, which means skincare, sun shirts, winter sweaters, and an absolutely unreasonable amount of looking adorable are all part of the package😭

but this guy has been through some ishhh🥲

he was found emaciated, nearly bald, and battling a skin infection as a stray in california and was fought for until he found foster w us in wa. with food, supplements, care, and some serious tlc, his coat is coming back and his dumbdumbidiot baby doberman personality is finally getting its moment💖

he loves training. he loves treadmill workouts. he loves his people.😤

arthur doesn't need perfection. he needs a doberman savvy human with structure, patience, a sense of humor, because after everything he's survived, arthur is ready for his spoiled little retirement era. preferably with his stuffed duck. obviously🦆💙
