This is who we are as women 👸

We not only bring heaven…

but we ARE heaven.

When we allow ourselves to

🪽 EMBRACE
🪽 EMBODY and
🪽 EXPRESS

our fullness, we become portals of the divine and all creation flows through us. 💫

I AM THAT I AM

And it is good and beautiful and whole and perfect. 🥹🕊️🌟🌸👸

Becoming HER transformational offering and community will be open soon and I can’t wait to invite you into this world of becoming, together. 🤍

Drop a “BECOMING HER” in the comments to join the waitlist! 💌

📸 @themilefivecollection thank you for capturing this feeling and the movement that has begun. 🔥

Happy Father’s Day Cars 🖤

Your love never ceases to amaze me. You lead these boys with the biggest heart. The strongest arms. And the brightest soul.

I love you. Thank you for everything.

40 years of life, 10 years of us, and absolutely nothing beats watching you in your dad era. ⚾️❤️ Happy 40th Birthday to the best coach, husband, and role model our boys could ever ask for. We love you so much and are so lucky to have you leading our team. Here’s to the next great decade!

I say this to me, and I say this to you, because we all need to feel and hear this loud and clear.

I used to feel like I couldn’t be both, that I had to choose and put myself in a box, and if I’m being honest, I still do in some ways. But I’m learning day by day that I’m so much MORE, and that it’s okay and good and beautiful that way.

WOMAN, God made you so dynamic for a reason. You are sensitive, kind, emotional, wise, connected, intuitive, playful, feminine, sensual, and powerful with a fire for life inside. We are alchemists, teachers, lovers, leaders, creators, artists, AND the muse itself!!!

We go through many deaths and rebirths so we can hold more, and even new depths we couldn’t before.

We are visionary, magnetic, and multipliers, and have a gift for making all things more beautiful and heavenly than they were before. We hold the world within our wombs. We are the source of life, connected to all creation.

So why my love, do we feel we need to exile parts of us we think are too much, or not enough…when God doesn’t make mistakes?

One of my clients broke into tears when she realized feeling unworthy was at the root of what has held her back for years. Then God asked her, “WHO told you that? Because it was NOT from me. You are worthy because you are MINE.” 😭🤍

If there’s anything I’ve learned about God it’s that he is so much bigger than we have learned.

Don’t put God in a box, he doesn’t belong there, and neither do you as his daughter and vessel of his purest light!

He is constantly surprising me as he leads me towards knowing and embracing more of HER in every way. And honestly, it feels so tender that my God KNOWS me and CHERISHES me that much to encourage, support, and lead me towards…me…towards HER. Who he created me to be.

I will forever be in awe at the magnitude and wholeness of his love….and that’s what he’s trying to teach us….to be whole is to call home and embrace all parts of us. When we do, we honour him, and we honor HER. 🥹🤍☀️

So glow baby glow…because you were made to shine! ✨ …and dance, and sing, and love, and live unconfined!

📸 Forever grateful to @themilefivecollection for helping me truly SEE HER.

Do you ever take a step back and think… these are the moments I’ll reminisce about. 🤎 life is so bittersweet. How lucky am I to be able to sit here and watch my boys be raised by him.
