Tequila Shrimp Scampi served with Lemon Ricotta Stuffed Ravioli - This dish turned out to be a hit and it’s definitely going in the notebook of recipes. Shrimp can be tricky to cook and flavor because it has a very sensitive porous skin which is easy to over season and over cook.
.
.
Here I have a very basic recipe for shrimp:
- Parsley
- Garlic
- Butter
- Lemon Zest and Juice
- Salt, Pepper, Chili Flakes
- Tequila
- Trader Joe’s Lemon Ricotta stuffed Raviolis
- Parmesan Cheese
Swipe right for all of the ingredients and measurement, but, except for the amount of butter, garlic, lemon, and parsley - lol, the seasoning and spices are all to your taste.

New Years Resolution cookie🥇from the Mill Tower Café in Plymouth
w/ peanut butter cups
caramel rollos
Hersey cookies & cream
chocolate chips

Chocolate Ratio 4/5 strong peanut butter flavor throughout the cookie base, and the chocolate bits were soft and plentiful
Chewiness 4/5 cookies could easily bend + break
Creativity 5/5 Hersey cookies & cream is one of the best candies and was the main reason behind trying these. I really like that you can still taste the crispy pieces in the candy inside the cookie.
$1.88 each, or 6 for $12.
