We were going to wait a little bit we couldn’t hold back.

2025 photoshoot was an absolute banger of a day and we thank everyone who was there to bring the vibe and make the day what it was.

There were lots of awesome shots, lots of laughs and most importantly a huge community vibe.

Keep the eyes peeled because are already planning the next one 👀

Less go 🔥

Big Thankyou to @herc.headquarters for the space.

These look absolutely banger. The first picture was from last year's photoshoot man how things have changed in 12 months. The goal for the next 12 months is to get even more jacked and ripped

The bar was loaded!! 🚀

2024 1RM Lift off was not one to forget. It was a huge day for all the lifters and everyone who came to support and help on the day.

The vibes were high, caffeine intake was through the roof and heavy circles were lifted.

Now the fire is in the belly for all of these athletes to continue to get strong af ready for 2025.

Huge thankyou @adonisathleticspenrith for having us couldn’t have done it without your support.

Thankyou to @bonvisualzii for capturing the day with this awesome footage.
