💙💛 Some words stay with you long after you hear them.

When @kevinhinesstory takes the stage, the whole room leans in. He’s a mental health activist, speaker, and bestselling author, and he shares his story of survival, resilience, and how human connection saved his life. It’s honest and powerful, and it’s a reminder that none of us has to go through hard things alone 💬

That’s the heart of Future Friends. We’re a free, two-day mental wellness experience from @twobridgesupport bringing music, movement, and real conversations to college campuses, so students get the in-person connection they’re craving.

Wisconsin, thank you for being here. 🦡

Over two days in Madison, students put their phones down, moved their bodies and calmed their minds, watched Common Denominator together, and sang and danced together with @mtjoyband. Most of all, they showed up for themselves and each other 💬

That’s what Future Friends is all about. The Future Friends Campus Series is a free, two-day mental wellness experience from @twobridgesupport that brings live music, movement, and real conversations to college campuses. Future Friends gives students the in-person connection they’re craving, and connects them to trusted mental wellness resources, right where they already are.

And now… we’re in Ann Arbor! 🚌 Here’s what’s happening TOMORROW, Tuesday, October 6th 👇
