HAPPY 6th BIRTHDAY TO US!!

What a journey we’ve been on for the last 6 years…
Evenings with… Dinners with… Theatre shows and Golf Days… it’s been a whirlwind of brilliant events with some of our favourite names in sport!

A massive thank you to all our sporting stars for working with us on these events, as well as our sponsors, hosts, collaborative partners, venues and guests!! It’s been our absolute honour to work with The JE3 Foundation for the last 6years too, and we’re proud to have raised just shy of £90k for their ongoing work in this time!

It’s been a great first 6years, here’s to the next 6, any many more!

🎭⚽️ EIGHT ⚽️🎭

Joy 🤩
Trust 🔐
Fear 😧
Surprise 😮
Sadness 😢
Disgust 🤢
Anger 😡
Anticipation 🫣

EIGHT is an exploration of @paul_gascoigne8 ‘s relationship with the eight primary emotions - a powerful retrospective examining the realities of a life played out in front of the public. The global adulation, the public shaming, the highs of fatherhood and unforgettable goals at major tournaments, the lows of demonisation in the press and struggles with addiction.

Paul is the definition of a national treasure. A true icon. He has played so many roles - the hero, the villain, the clown - performing them with aplomb, giving so much of himself to a world that hasn’t always loved him back.

Parts of his story have been told before - the narrative controlled by third parties, seeking to portray him in the way that best suits their agenda. The time has come for Paul to tell his story, in full, in his own words, for the first time. This isn’t Gazza - this is Paul Gascoigne.

EIGHT is being published by the brilliant team at @mirror.books @reach_sport_ on the 23rd of October, and is available for pre-order now 🌟

A big thanks, also, to Paul’s manager @katiemadkin8 at @themntalent - this would’ve been impossible without her brilliant, sensitive management of Paul and his career.

Footballer’s used to have proper trims.

The 90s and 00s saw some rascal barnets, from R9’s iconic 2002 trim through to Gullit’s locks, we were blessed to witness some great haircuts on the pitch

In a new series with @parklanememorabilia , I’ll be interviewing some of the biggest names in football, getting their opinions on the best trims of teammates and opponents they faced.

Up first, Wales and Man Utd legend Ryan Giggs shares his views on the most controversial trim, naming a surprise Colombian legend as his number 1

If you fancy some Colombian curls, Becks’ mohawk or anything in between, come and see me for a trim here at @gouldbarbers

What an evening that was with @ryangiggs.cc in Bristol last night...

Ryan spent the evening with nearly 500 United mad fans from across the country, giving them a fascinating and funny insight into football at the very top.

Stay tuned for exclusive content filmed with Ryan for @parklanememorabilia @plmeventsuk and @themntalent

Thanks to the @bawaleisure for their incredible hospitality as always, as well as @villagehotels and @kustomfloorsandfurniture for sponsoring the event ⚽️
