POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

These photos are the lineage of my blood and bone.

This has nothing—and everything—to do with Human Design.

We are live streaming the dominator paradigm crack open.

Patriarchy taught generations of women to make ourselves smaller, swallow our anger, compete with one another, manage the emotional lives of men, and override our own knowing in exchange for safety and belonging.

Our rage carries the memory of what that has cost us. I have no interest in making that rage smaller.
I am interested in what comes next.

Human Design speaks of our movement from the Cross of Planning into the Cross of the Sleeping Phoenix. The Cross of Planning has been an era deeply shaped by bargains, agreements, institutions, tribal structures, and security found through the collective.

The Sleeping Phoenix turns us toward something different: individual life force, embodied sovereignty, and internal authority.
And that requires deconditioning.

Because patriarchy isn’t only something out there to dismantle. Its conditioning lives within us—in the places we override our bodies, abandon ourselves for belonging, seek external permission, compete for proximity to power, or organize our lives around someone else’s authority.

And patriarchy has severed men, too—from tenderness, vulnerability, emotional intimacy, and pieces of their own humanity.

Accountability belongs here. So does repair.
If we dismantle one dominator paradigm only to build another with different people holding the power, we haven’t liberated ourselves.
We rage. We dismantle. We decondition. We relearn relationship.

And we make space for men willing to reclaim what patriarchy taught them to abandon. Maybe this is part of the invitation of the Sleeping Phoenix: learning to live from the authority within our own bodies while creating entirely different ways of being with one another.

My books re-open for Human Design readings beginning in November.

It feels like the right time.

Have you ever found yourself wondering who you are underneath all the layers that we acquire during our life?

Have you found yourself thinking or doing something that seems comfortable or easy even though you know it’s not the right thing for you?

Have you had resistance to making changes or doing something different because it seems difficult or you’re not sure what to expect on the other side of it?

There have definitely been times in my life where that has been the case for me. But if I listened to my intuition I have always found that what was on the other side was something better and more aligned with my soul’s path.

I took the photos above on a holiday which was something out of my comfort zone but was such an amazing experience. I’d say it was life changing for me. It was something I decided to do to help me find my true self, who I was underneath all the layers that had been acquired over my life.

The dolphins are so playful and inquisitive but also such gentle and healing creatures. It reminded me that if we are not inquisitive in life the how will we fulfil our potential.

Getting out of our comfort zone is not always easy but is usually rewarding. But I am passionate about following my souls path and helping others to find their true selves too.

This is why I am running my Truly You event again on 13th-17th April. It’s a FREE 5 day event to help you look beneath the surface, to find where you people please or may be codependent and start to make changes to define your true self.

Why not join me and my guest expert speakers?

This group of powerhouse women are guiding Week 1 of Inner Pulse and I couldn’t be more honored to have them with me and feel their support.

Each of them are masters in their craft and bring a unique doorway to deepen the feminine wisdom and body intelligence we will be exploring this week.

Day 1
Sarah Wade - The Body as a Place of Safety: Relearning how to Hold Ourselves. We will be held in her sacred energy as she guides us through nervous system safety and a heart body grounding invocation.

Clare Phillips - Self Care as a Foundation for Safety & Presence: How to sustain safety in your daily life through self care. She will share her unique vision as a Water Priestess and guide us into a powerful visualization.

Day 2
Hillary Sepulveda - Radical Self Responsibility: Reclaiming your power and rebuilding trust in yourself. She will share her radical framework and move us from victim to creator.

Molly Strong - Deconstructing the Discomfort of Setting Boundaries. She will help us see where we override our truth and reframe boundaries in way that only she can.

Day 3
Aurora Brenes - Power Pussy Activation. On this New Moon in Pisces, she will guide us to reclaim our Muse archetype as the guardian and keeper of feminine wisdom that she is.

Janelle Cunningham - Reclaiming our Feminine Gifts in a Masculine World. She will ground the 1st week into real life integration as we prepare to receive the Sun in Aries.

You won’t want to miss a single one ❤️‍🔥

We start tomorrow!

For years I lived in constant push, until I stopped feeling myself along the way.

So I gave my power away and went into complete flow.

But with that power went my worth, and I couldn’t find the ground to step forward.

I always thought I had to choose, between strength and softness, between ambition and freedom, between success and play.

So I fluctuated between burnout and procrastination, control and rumination, in unhealthy and unsustainable ways.

We were taught how to push, but not how to listen to the wisdom that we carry. When we disconnect from ourselves and our bodies, we slowly disconnect from our intuition, our emotions, and our truth.

Most of us have never danced between the energy that gives direction and the one that gives life.

One moves you forward, the other makes the journey worth living.

When they meet, that is where our power lies. That is where creation happens.

Inner Pulse was born from that realization.

A space where women reconnect with their inner rhythm and learn how to move through life from alignment instead of pressure. Through presence, movement, and deep self awareness.

If this resonates with you, I’d love for you to join us in Inner Pulse, a free 6-day journey starting next week.

You can’t mindset your way into feeling powerful.

You can’t overachieve your way into safety.
You can’t think your way back into your body.

At some point, you have to drop in.

For most of my life, movement was my language.
But I had to learn how to truly inhabit my body — not perform in it.

Inner Pulse was born from that reckoning.

Six core feminine energies.
One living, breathing body. Yours.

Get to know how you pulse from the inside and start feeling fully alive in your body.

This is about remembering the wild intelligence already inside you.

I am opening this space for the first time.
Not perfect, not polished. But fully in my body.
I’m done waiting to be “ready”.

I trust the pulse that moves through me.

Registration is now open.

Happy March, everyone.
I can feel spring just around the corner 🌷

This month inside the Heart Space is full of thoughtful, wise and inspiring souls, and I’m really looking forward to what’s ahead.

Tamal will be joining us to teach a couple of classes.
Molly Strong will guide our monthly Pulse Check,
And Kendra Adachi will be coming on as a guest teacher to share her work with us 😊

March feels like a month to water the seeds you planted earlier this year, not by pushing, but by tending. By staying in relationship with your visions, your prayers, and your intentions 🌸

If you’ve been wanting a space where you can grow alongside other women who care about depth, honesty, and real connection…this is it.

Join us inside the Heart Space.
