@nnivk “Hey we should try this blindfolded”

Turns out all the time we’ve been putting in has paid off! How about that muscle memory for deploying our through vibes and feels!

Getting to shoot @marathontargets after dark might be one of my favorite parts of our Sept @wppr_usa event. Movers in the day time are fun… movers after dark are next level!

Also check out how clean that white phos PVS27 is… beautiful image here with no IR illumination. Rifle is the @geissele 6.5cm bolt gun in an @mdttac21 DRT chassis with the @nightforce_optics NX6 up top.

If you’re seeing this, it’s because you are looking for real world strength and conditioning for tactical professionals/athletes.

If your fitness program isn’t improving you in these areas, it isn’t increasing your capability.

Don’t worry, I got you

EMOM 20 min
-12 cal ski
-8 bag over 6’ bar 80lbs
-6 sb DL 150lbs
-120’ farmer carry 70lbs each hand
-rest

Finish with 5 sets of 3 Clean pulls. Build to a tough triple.

Go dry Fire.
