Kicking up my heels....DISCIPLINE IS WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE EVEN WHEN YOU DON’T WANT TO DO IT. I tried to do a different type of cardio every day to give others ideas of what they can do. Some days I just wanted to train my clients and did not want to do a extra work out in order to post for the cardio challenge, but I did and it felt so great to hit day 30 today! 30 for 30 cardio challenge DAY 30🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 #youniquefitness #fullbody #kic #exercise #exercisemotivation #exerciseathome #challenge #change #challengeyourself #staypositive #socialdistance #cardio #cardiopower #quarantinefit #kickups #quarantinefitness #caronafitworkouts #stayhealthy #beastmode #virtualtrainer #personaltrainer #30for30cardiochallenge #savage #sweatwithme @gymwrap @gymreadylips @frenchpopejr @afrogirlfitness @themrwright75
