'With their wings flung the choir sung their final song today / as the doors appear to clear the space in which she lay / she'll collapse, she'll collapse as the amber sisters softly say....' 🖤

I don't really know how to write about The Murder Capital anymore without repeating myself. I've said it all before. Life saving, intense, subtle, raw, understated, passionate… and somehow every song still finds another nerve to hit, Green & Blue is fucking beautiful. There’s something almost haunting about it, that sense of fragility underneath all that power. And that's the thing with this band for me — they can be absolutely ferocious one minute and then completely break your heart the next.

These songs have soundtracked some very difficult moments for me, but they've also been there for the stupidly good ones too. That's probably why the connection feels so deep. They're not just a band I listen to. Their music has become part of how I understand certain things. Each song holds a special memory, regret, feeling of euphoria, sadness or just love.
They somehow keep evolving without ever losing that special feeling that made me fall for them in the first place. That’s rare. Really fucking rare in a band. They mean absolutely everything to me. Greatest band on the planet.... 🖤💚💙
