A little late, but here’s to over 3 months married to my best friend 🤍
What an incredible day and an even better season of life. We’re beyond grateful for all of our friends and family who came out to celebrate Kari and me “officially” starting our little family. The love, support, and memories from that day mean more to us than we can put into words.
Huge thank you to everyone at. @innonpamlicosound for hosting and helping make it such an amazing, unforgettable day. Looking forward to a lifetime of memories together.

Happy Birthday @thenaylor 🥳🥳
An OG member who has poured into this program since the very beginning.

Your hard work speaks for itself, but it’s your infectious smile, your ability to encourage others, and the friendship you show to everyone that makes our gym what it is today.

We quite literally would not be the same without you.
Thank you for leading, training, laughing, and growing with us.

Help us wish Coach Taylor the happiest birthday! 🎉
We appreciate you more than you know. 🙌

Like Coach Josh said: “We don’t chase the belt, we chase excellence in our technique and the belt will follow.”

Each one of these students has proven that true. They’ve shown up through long work hours, family responsibilities, kids, and even injuries. Their commitment, grit, and love for Jiu Jitsu shine through every time they step on the mats.

We couldn’t be prouder of each of you. You are the heart of Momentum and proof that consistency and discipline pay off. #strengthtraining #jiujitsu #sixblades #outerbanks #outerbanksfitness #obxjiujitsu #outerbanksjiujitsu #ribeiro
