—— i stopped chasing “healthy”. i started doing this instead.

there was a time when i thought being healthy meant doing more. more workouts. more rules. more discipline. maybe even becoming someone else.

turns out, feeling good had very little to do with changing who i was. it had everything to do with the little things i chose to repeat every single day. because your life isn’t built by the big moments. it’s built by your ordinary days. and your ordinary days are built by your habits.

today, my version of wellness looks a lot simpler :
1. never skipping my @insentials.supplements instead of guessing what my body needs.
2. starting every morning with @pushwithus electrolytes before anything else.
3. adding @aethosnutrition or @pulseprotein.co protein to my first cappuccino or matcha.
4. SPF 50. every. single. day.
5. less intensity. slower runs. more strength.
6. surround yourself with joyful people.
7. learn to say no.
8. look up more often.
9. protect your people while they’re here.
10. you don’t have to earn nice things.

i don’t have everything figured out. but i still stop every single time the sky turns pink. i still get excited about a good coffee, a fresh haircut, a dinner with people i love or the feeling of finishing an easy run. and honestly, i think that’s what a rich life looks like.

none of these habits changed my life overnight. but repeated over hundreds of ordinary days… they quietly changed who i became.

what would you add? 🤍
