It never gets easier to leave a chunk of my heart in another state 🥺 Lord please watch over him, protect him, cover him, and continue to guide him along this path he has chosen.
“For I know the plans I have for you”, declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future” Jeremiah 29:11-13
I love you more than the whole wide world Nevyn, and I am SO proud of the incredible young man you have become. Have an amazing senior year ❤️

Skylar, what an honor it has been to walk with you through your journey to find Jesus and accept Him as your savior. Please know this doesn’t mean there still won’t be hard days, but it means you don’t have to face those hard days alone anymore. Let go and let God. I love you and I’m beyond proud of you 🙏🏽

APEC Summer Change of Direction ⚽️

Change of direction is one of the most important qualities in soccer because the game is rarely played in straight lines. Every cut, turn, deceleration, and re-acceleration can be the difference between creating space or losing possession. The athletes who can stop under control and explode into a new direction separate themselves on both sides of the ball.

Training change of direction helps develops body control, balance, coordination, reaction time, and force production. Soccer players learn how to absorb force efficiently, lower their center of mass, and redirect energy into faster movements. This translates directly to sharper cuts, quicker recoveries, better defending angles, and more explosive attacking movements.

A strong change of direction foundation also helps mitigate injury risk. Athletes who can decelerate properly place less unnecessary stress on the knees, ankles, and hips. Learning how to control speed before re-accelerating teaches athletes to move efficiently and safely during high-intensity moments of the game.

Come see what this summer at APEC is about. Spots are filling up.

Summer Ball is back…. Picking right back up where we left off last July…..

KBC Summer Ball 2026 features KBC Player Coaches leading our teams into three summer tournaments at end of June and in July…. Including a Banana Bash weekend and two more tournaments on turf.

Nevyn, Colton & Dilon have made a huge impact with our boys already, and look to continue to do so this summer. Their recent experience in UIL & Collegiate BB gives our players a competitive advantage…

Some teams are near capacity… don’t miss out on this very unique learning opportunity.

Summer Ball 2026 registration closes last week of April….

A look back at Summer Ball 2025….

Our Summer Ball coaches (KBC Young Guns) are prioritizing joy, skill, connection, mentorship, & health over high-stress situations.

Leading a team is not about controlling a game…. It’s about inspiring your team & creating an environment for them to succeed.

Baseball is hard enough, let’s pimp it out😎

Can’t replicate these reps☀️😎💪🪑

To my son…and to God…I thank you. Nevyn, you have made me a better person…and God, you gave me the greatest blessing when you made me his mom. I never knew a person could be so genuinely kind, patient, compassionate, God-fearing, empathetic, humble, driven, respectful…just all around golden. You know what you want in life and you aren’t afraid to go get it!! God has CHOSEN you to be one of His disciples and you are proudly walking that path. I could not be more proud of you Nevyn. I’ve been blessed to call you my son for 21 years now…impossible for me to believe…but I wouldn’t change a single moment. Happy Birthday baby boy…I love you with everything in me ❤️
