The Mirror Method will change how you see everyone.

I discovered this accidentally when I noticed every person I couldn’t stand had one thing in common: they all reminded me of parts of myself I was trying to hide.

That arrogant jerk? I was arrogant too, just more subtle about it.

That needy friend? I had my own needs for approval.

That fake influencer? I was performing a version of myself that wasn’t real.

Here’s what nobody tells you: your triggers are not random. They’re precise.

They point directly at the parts of yourself you can’t see but desperately need to heal.

The people who piss you off the most are doing you the biggest favor.

No blame…no shame…
Just facts.

Try the exercise in slide 7. Write down those 3 people who trigger you and complete that sentence for each one.

The insights will blow your mind.

What patterns are your triggers trying to show you?

Black acrylic paint on canvas.

Painted live during @thenycgrind
art warehouse party. I want to give a shoutout to the incredible organizers: @safielvonay @phoenixxflix @seesantana you guys put together one hell of an art party!
I also want to thank @jazzylo217 @joi.artisque @blackandblue_7 @rorschach_ru for helping me install the canvas. There are so many amazing people who were a part of this event, I can't thank you all enough for how and inspirational and supportive you are to one another. Keep creating!
