Second last band of the day is a rare performance by one of Melbournes most mystical acts.

Melbourne/Naarm’s legendary The Night Terrors are back after ten years with a darkly ethereal new album, Hypnotica. Featuring Miles Brown on haunting theremin melodies, and Sarah Lim blasting danceable darkness on vintage synthesisers, they’ve built a reputation as one of Australia’s most original acts. A band capable of unleashing thunderous dreamscapes, otherworldly electronica and horror-synth fantasies on all who dare to delve. See the band roar through material from all their albums with special guest Mitch McGregor (Split System) on live drums.

It was so great to have @isua.v back in the studio to chat about their upcoming Electric Wizard cover show on Halloween at the @bendigohotel !

What was even better was also discussing their new EP and getting to debut the track Tempest from it. Such a fun interview and an amazing honour to be the first to play that song.

Plenty of other bands played on the show including:
@burial_pit , @persecutorpunx , @spawn_band , @ghostsmokerband , @inmaliceswake , @tigerdriverband , @projectultimatesatan @vileapparition_aus , @sulfuriccautery , @choofinbastards , @gutless.aus , @espmayhem , @cerebralerosion , @body.melt , @thenightterrors , @the_phantom_panda , @scarnon_band and plenty more!!

Huge show and if you want to listen back to it, radio on demand is up on the @3rrrfm website for your listening pleasure.

New Halloween poster work for the Night Terrors, which means more burning skeletons and Exorcist indebted typefaces. As the poster says, come dressed as your worst nightmare, so I’ll be coming as ‘the Carlton farmers market’. #fraserahrt #halloween
