Hi 👋🏻 A little reintroduction…

I’m Eleni, the heart behind Sound + Bodywork 🤎

massage therapist + sound therapy facilitator - offering Lymphatic Drainage, Facial Massage & Cupping, Buccal Massage and Sound Therapy Massage. At Nimbus co - Fitzroy North.

Over time, my journey in massage therapy has helped me find my own rhythm, my approach, and the kind of space I truly want to create for my clients.

I knew I wanted to offer more than just a treatment.
I wanted to create a space where you could slow down, exhale, feel cared for and reconnect with your body.

A place you could return to when you need a little extra support.

My approach is slow, intentional and rooted in care, connection and compassion.

At Sound + Bodywork, I bring together massage therapy, lymphatic care and sound to create a holistic, nurturing space where you can feel held, supported and truly listened to.

Every body is different, and so is every treatment.
I take the time to connect with you, listen to what you need and understand where support is needed most.

This work is so close to my heart, and I feel incredibly grateful to be able to share it with you. 🤎

Sound + Bodywork is more than a treatment. It’s a space to slow down, soften and come back to yourself.

Thank you for being here and for trusting me to do what I love. 🌞

I LOVE creating a space where you find instant calm. Stepping into a whole new mood.
Sound + Bodywork is place where I hope you chose to come back to if you need a moment of peace and comfort.

To feel like you get my whole attention, energy and care.

A place where you come to, cause I care how you’re feeling, what you need and to be really heard.
To soften and heal.

My little heavenly space ☁️

Welcome to the Wellness Suite.

A private sanctuary framed by the ocean, allowing you to maintain your wellness routine away from home. Move with in-suite weights and Pilates equipment, restore with compression boots and an LED mask, or retreat to the warmth of your private infrared sauna.

From a considered wellness breakfast to a calming sleep ritual, every detail is designed to bring you back to yourself.

Save this for your next family weekend on Sydney's Northern Beaches 🌊

📍 Elysium Manly

Lived on the Northern Beaches for over a decade, and coming back never gets old. Our go-to base whenever we visit is @elysium.manly. Ocean-facing sauna, Pilates in the suite, rooftop pool, @cibariamanly downstairs and plenty of room for all five of us.

Already can't wait to get back.
