A little love for our west New York locations neighboring studio 🤍✨@theninespilates and a shout out to our amazing Instructor who taught the class @pilateswithpriscilla
There’s something so special about supporting one another, sharing space, and showing up for our local fitness community. Loved getting to take class, move my body, and be reminded that we’re all better when we support each other. 🫶🏼🤍

Thank you for having me!

✨ PILATES, THEN A LITTLE SELF-CARE. 🤍
Movement, mindfulness, and muscle recovery all in one experience!

It was a pleasure bringing NP Essence Massage to @theninepilates workout with chair massages to help participants release tension, relax their muscles, and give their bodies a little extra love after moving with intention.

Because wellness isn’t just about how you move — it’s also about how you recover. ✨

Thank you for having me! 🤍
