This is a variation of our @gokhanbasaran_ push-up that I saw #legend @rockhardpapaw doing and I had to try! ๐Ÿ˜ณ Itโ€™s not very often I see something I havenโ€™t tried before on the EQโ€™s and this one really got me! The original Gokhan pushup is more stable because you can load one side (bent arm chest/tricep side) and stretch the other (straight arm lat pull side) but here you have to stretch one side while simultaneously pulling the other towards you ๐Ÿ˜ฉ It was tough on my ๐Ÿง  and definitely felt this one more in the back and biceps (the original being more core and chest) Essentially it was chaos lol ๐Ÿ˜‚ and I did start with one foot in front to MODIFY and somewhat get the movement pattern down WHOโ€™S UP FOR THIS CHALLENGE? ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ @marc_lebert โš™๏ธ @lebertfitness EQโ€™s ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ @gofitnessnation #fitnesschallenges #lebertequalizer #lebertfitness #strangerthings2
