POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Tomorrow, Thursday at 12pm PT, I’m hosting a drop-in writing group with @thenourish.community

It’s 35 to 40 minutes. One short prompt, 15 minutes of quiet writing, and then we turn what you found into a line of dialogue or a moment of action. No prep, no screenplay needed, and nothing to share unless you want to.

The prompt is simple: what do you want from your project, and what do you want from your life?

A few of us are already in. Come write with us. (This session isn’t recorded, so it’s live only.)

Ten years ago I asked myself a question that changed how I write, and how I teach: what is this story actually about, not in plot, but to me?

That question became Intuitive Outlining. It’s what I’m bringing to @thenourish.community this month, live, on September 16th and again on the 29th, same session, two chances to catch it.

If you’ve got a story sitting in you right now, half-written, shelved, or not yet started, this is built for you.

In Nourish? Find it under Community Gatherings.
Not in Nourish? Consider joining, and The Intuitive Outlining Workbook walks through the same process at your own pace, link in bio.

In Episode 227, Jon Bregel reflects on recognizing when his career as a freelance cinematographer stopped aligning with his values, and how shifting toward spiritually aligned coaching and community work created space for growth, healing, and eventually rediscovering creative passion again.
