8 weeks post surgery. The first 4 were tough, but so much living happened in the next 4, and that’s what’s important 🫡

From a mega trip working with @trinityracing_ for the first time in Korea, to grinding with @duchycoaching plus co-starting @secondriide, it’s been all things go.

Last week I put some 155mm cranks on and got out for my first ride since bilateral iliac artery surgery.

Sensations were good, but time will tell what level the surgery will allow me to get back to. Lots of rehab done, and lots to go. More motivated than ever for the journey and opportunities that await 🚀
