I FINALLY DID IT!!!!!! I have once again reached 150 pounds lost!!!🎉🎊🥳🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 Well, technically I have now lost 151 pounds, which for me is the most I’ve ever lost!👀😊 It’s hard to put into words the significance of this, since I’m still not at my goal weight, but I will try!

On April 6, 2023, I reached a total weight loss of 144 pounds! I was so close to hitting 150 pounds lost! Then I spent the next year in a plateau. My weight fluctuated up and down 5 to 20 pounds for 17 months. It took me until September 13, 2024 to reach 150 pounds lost! The very next week I gained 3 pounds.😩😔🥺

I have literally been chasing getting back to 150 pounds lost since September 20, 2024! From September 13, 2024 to December 31, 2025, I regained 67 pounds. On January 1, 2026 I hit the reset button again! As of today I have lost 68 pounds since December 31, 2025.

I am so excited, but in the words of the late, great, Kobe Bean Bryant, “Job’s not finished”!💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾 I have more work to do! My goal is to lose 210 pounds! In the words of my favorite Peloton Treadmill instructor Kirsten Ferguson @iamkirstenferguson , “Celebrate what you did, then keep it pushing! Get back to work”! So today I celebrate this milestone, then tomorrow I go right back to work!❤️💪🏾

Babe, I’m efficient… but I do still have to actually do your hair. 🤣

Good hair takes time. I don’t make the rules. ✨

I have an affinity for the in between anniversaries. Of course, I love the big ones, the milestones. But the years that carry you to the big trips and parties and congratulations are just as important and significant. You don’t have 30 without 28. So, on this 28th anniversary I celebrate you, Olivia, and us and our boys and life together. I love the way even the most mundane moment with you is full of meaning that fulfills and changes and rivals a night at the Eiffel Tower. I love you with all my heart, my dearest O. Let’s have more of them all. P.S., let’s definitely go back to Paris.

Happy Mother’s Day to the love of my life who continually amazes me how she loves our boys and me…and Happy Mother’s Day to my mom who does so many wonderful things as a mom and grandmother. (Not least always making us line up for pics!).
