Spending a day in Rome

We planned a little family trip to Rome before the end of our time in Italy.

First stop was at @theoddity_patchbar to create unique pieces of memories 😍

Second stop was at the Lego exhibit 🧱

Third stop was for lunch. We found a nice little place down a small street where we had THE best thin crust pizza ever 🍕

Fourth stop was at @limone_it for a nice granita al limone 🍋

Fifth stop was at the Trevi fountain where we explained the tale of the fountain to the kids while eating sweet chestnuts⛲️🌰

We ended our day with a visit at the Borghese’s gardens and enjoyed the view all the way up and down the hill before heading back to the train station 🌳🚆

While wandering around Rome, we came across @theoddity_patchbar and I absolutely loved the idea behind it.
It’s one of those places where you can let your personality do the shopping!
You pick your item, choose from loads of fun patches and designs, and create something that’s completely you.
I love souvenirs like this because they’re not just “I bought this in Rome”… they’re something you’ve actually chosen and created yourself.
Another little Rome gem that I’m very glad we stumbled across.

When in Rome: Eat your weight in pasta, dance to @djotime , and somehow still manage to spot @f1 references in the wild
