To get strong, you gotta put in work. 💪🏽

How that work looks like should depend on what you Need, Enjoy & Want to have as the Outcome.

Never a one size fits all-program, always tailored to YOU. 👊🏽

The only thing I hear is: “buying another activewear set.”👀👀

Because apparently, having nothing to wear to the gym means having 12 sets already.🫣

Day 1: First HYROX Women’s Open Solo 🩵

Loved. Every. Single. Second. Of. It.

1:15 finish + a very humbling 3-minute penalty because apparently I decided the Farmers Carry and Sandbags needed a little switcheroo 🤦🏼‍♀️😂

A silly billy mistake, but such a good reminder that there’s always more to learn. Plenty of work to do, plenty to improve, and this is only the beginning.

I absolutely LOVE this sport. The challenge, the suffering, the adrenaline, the people, the feeling of pushing yourself further than you thought you could.

Forever grateful to have such incredible people to share this journey with. You know who you are. It means more to me than you know. 🫶🏼

And my @pumasouthafrica fam always bringing the best drip and vibesss 💅🏼 so much love for you all!

Only just getting started. See you at the next one. 🏁🔥

💪🏼 67 minutes of STRENGTH, REBOUNDING and GIVING BACK to our community

We spent an epic morning together with the @wannabe.wellness.girlie crew on Saturday. Everyone bought 2 loaves of bread that we dressed together after class to donate to those in need and remembering that something so small can be so much for someone else ❤️

We will be sending a cash contribution to @crchildrens_home from the proceeds received from the class.

Small gestures can make a huge difference 🫶🏼🙏🏻🫶🏼
