BMW F90 M5 Gaps a ZR1! It was an honor to share the drag strip with @theokoury and his red Corvette ZR1 @racesonoma . Loaded with the ZTK Performance Track Pack and the Carbon Fiber Aero Package, this beast has a 5.5L twin-turbo engine that puts out 1,064 HP. The C8 ZR1 has a sticker around $220,000. The F90 M5 is stock other than a @mhd.tuning Stage 1 tune, thanks to @theogpt , and a @xhpflashtool Stage 3 transmission tune. The xDrive 4WD helped launch the M5 ahead of the ZR1, which spun its wheels a bit and probably had some timing pulled. Otherwise this C8 ZR1 runs in the 9s, which means this will likely be the first and only time my F90 gaps a ZR1. Look forward to seeing you at the strip next time Theo!
