Shooting a music video was always on this pub singers bucket list in life….

Music videos can be costly and a huge risk for independent acts like myself but l can honestly say it was an amazing experience and we had the best day filming it!

I’m really glad I took the risk because the end product was incredible! #keepthefaith 😎🎙🎶

Session 3 of Dad, Can We Talk?… and yes, we went deep again. 💙

Tonight was about teenage emotions. What we see, what we hear, and what might be happening underneath.

A simple iceberg opened up so much reflection. How quickly do we assume we know what someone means? How do our own feelings affect the way we respond?

Understanding our daughters also asks us to look at ourselves. There is a lot to sit with there.

Thank you to the men for showing up and giving this space your time and trust. What is shared stays with us, but I can say this: these sessions give me plenty to reflect on too.

Guess what?!

Condoms & Cucumbers Is Back!

My award winning show Condoms & Cucumbers is back. Fresh off the back of winning Best Spoken Word show in @gmfringe I am bringing it back to Wigan at @theoldcourts on 17th December.

Condoms & Cucumbers is an award winning bold, witty solo show exploring the messy contradictions of modern masculinity. Blending spoken word, theatre, comedy, and audience interaction, it invites you to help rewrite the rules of “being a man.” From locker rooms to leotards, sex ed to Brits abroad, it unpacks the pressures and stereotypes that shape male identity. Funny, honest, and thought-provoking, this is a shared experience that sparks conversation and challenges us to talk more openly.

So if you want a cheeky night out before Christmas, come watch! Ticket Link in my bio.
