Tb to Riverside Sessions back in July!!!💜

Leading community bass flows has genuinely been so much fun, and I’m so grateful to everyone who is down to play music for classes/those who come to move and start their day off feeling better than they were before.

As you’ve probably noticed, I haven’t been teaching consistent yoga classes, and for the foreseeable future, I will most likely just be teaching community bass flows between music festivals and local events like Convergence that @nookthecollective puts on.

My life has definitely shifted with more of a focus on my aerial/dance training, and for that I am grateful. Yoga has been my pathway back to what I have known I am meant to do, but I still practice weekly at wildfire if you ever want to take a class w me:-)

As far as classes I teach weekly- I am consistently leading flexibility trainings at Sora, Wednesdays at 7:15pm, which is a mix between traditional flexibility training and movement and foundations inspired by yoga.

Luv yall lots, thx for bein here and bein you🫶🏼

If there are any fests you’d like to see bass yoga flows at, holla 🤗 trying to bring these to fests I also get on as a performing artis, because why not??🌸

I guess National Dance Day was yesterday but, here’s my two cents on something that I wholeheartedly love-

As someone who was a late bloomer in the dance world (started in middle school, behind in technique, not fitting in etc.) I had so many insecurities regarding not being able to do things the way other people do, and then being genuinely disheartened once I graduated high school, thinking I’d never dance again.

I’ve now been dancing in my adult life for… 3 years now? Went almost a decade without. Dance is human nature, it is connection, it is ritual- it is freedom. We all need it in our lives, however that looks.

I’ve come very full circle to thinking that id wish I could dance like them, to they cannot dance like me. Because we are all different in our beautiful ways, and we all learn from one another’s uniqueness. Finding our paths and our individuality lifts each other up and encourages us to continue the exploration of ourselves 💜

Anyways. I’m just sitting here very grateful and mind blown at the fact that I’m pursuing the professional track within this lifetime. And I’m even happier to just dance:-)

While I’m really never solo, there is something beautiful about solo traveling to and from each adventure. Feeling eternally grateful for each step that has brought me to where I am now. Working within festivals has been such a joy for me the last couple of years and I am appreciative of each and every connection made.

If we crossed paths at SD, or even this year, just know that you are beautiful, capable and forever part of my chapters.

Onto the next. GO BE GREAT! 🫶🏼

Space Fruit x Oni Sound Takeover was such an incredible boost for the last night! If you weren’t here— you missed out.

if you would have told me last year that @secretdreamsfest would have went like this in 2026, I wouldn't have believed you!

this weekend was the most journey-esque of any year I've had the pleasure of attending. I had the immense honor of being on the official music lineup to open the Phantasmagoria stage on Friday - while I only got to play three tunes in the rain before lightning cut it off, I got to redeem myself on the full @theonisound sound system right after @prettylights , the rig of which was moved from the coffee house to space fruit on Sunday...

Find the full set on my SoundCloud. And comment if you want to see it uploaded to YouTube as well (audio only).

This weekend came in the midst of so many life changes happening all at once, for me and also the festival, which brought the magic to Cardinal Center instead of Legend Valley this year (and without Tipper for the first time).

All in all, I would say my life is going through all changes for the better. I have a long way to go until I can be comfortable again, and with that, my bookings for the year have officially closed.

That being said, reach out to me or Adam@ethexmanagement.com if you are interested in having me play music or help with visuals in the fall or beyond! I'm happy to be able to talk possibilities with you and yours.

Much love and sweet dreams. Until next time 💕
