DAY 2 — GRATITUDE 🙏🏾🤎

Yesterday we surrendered. Today, we say THANK YOU.

Not because everything is perfect. Not because every prayer has been answered. Not because we understand everything God has allowed.

But because God has still been GOOD.

Some of us have been so focused on what hasn’t happened yet that we’ve forgotten to thank God for what didn’t take us out. For the doors He closed. The ones He opened. The prayers He answered differently. The strength we didn’t know we had. And simply for waking us up this morning with another opportunity.

Today, shift your focus from what’s missing to what God has already done.

Our prayer today:

“God, thank You for what I have.
Thank You for what You’ve kept me from.
Thank You for what You brought me through.
Thank You for what You’re doing that I can’t see yet.
And most of all thank You for being GOD.” 🙏🏾

📖 “Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; His love endures forever.” — Psalm 107:1

DAY 2: I CHOOSE GRATITUDE. ❤️‍🔥

DAY 1 — SURRENDER. 🙏🏾

You cannot fully receive what God has for you while tightly holding onto what He’s asking you to release.

Surrender isn’t weakness. Surrender is trust. It’s saying, “God, I may not understand it, I may not know how it’s going to work out, but I trust You more than I trust my own plans.”

As we begin our Taking Back Our Power month of prayer, we’re starting by laying it ALL down our plans, fears, timelines, expectations, relationships, disappointments, and need for control.

Today, our prayer is simple:

God, I give You my YES again.
Your will over mine.
Your timing over mine.
Your way over mine.
I surrender. 🙏🏾❤️‍🔥

🔥 POUR OUT — A Night of Worship & Encounter

What happens when we come into the room with no agenda… except HIS presence?

Oil & Iron may have ended, but what God started didn’t. I believe the Lord is calling us deeper not into another program, but into His presence.

On Friday, November 13th, JunieB Ministries presents POUR OUT: A Night of Worship & Encounter. 🙌🏾🔥

No agenda.
No performance.
Just HIS presence.

This will be a night to worship, surrender, pray, lay before God, and give Him room to do whatever He desires to do.

The Bible declares:

“I will pour out My Spirit on all people…” — Acts 2:17

And this is the posture I want us to come with: empty enough for Him to fill us and surrendered enough for Him to use us.

Some of us have been carrying oil that cost us something. The crushing wasn’t wasted. The pressing wasn’t wasted. The season that almost broke you wasn’t wasted.

Stop questioning the oil because of what it cost you to carry it. 🫗🔥

📍 Location coming soon
🗓️ Friday, November 13, 2026 | 7:00 PM

Come expecting. Leave changed.

Tag your worship partner and tell them: WE’RE GOING TO POUR OUT! 🙌🏾

🔥 WE’RE PRAYING THIS WEEK! 🙏🏾

There is something powerful about starting your day in the presence of God! Before the demands of the day begin, before the notifications start coming in, and before we start carrying everyone else’s needs we’re making room for HIM.

JunieB Ministries invites you to join us in prayer this week as we continue building consistency, strengthening our faith, and seeking God together.

📅 MONDAY | THURSDAY | FRIDAY
⏰ 6:00 AM – 6:30 AM

Just 30 minutes of prayer but we believe God can do so much when His people come together with expectation! 🔥

Maybe you’ve been struggling to stay consistent in prayer. Maybe you need accountability. Maybe you simply need a community of believers to stand in agreement with you.

Come pray with us. ❤️

We’re not looking for perfect prayers we’re coming with surrendered hearts.

📖 “Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.” — Jeremiah 33:3 NKJV

Same time. Greater faith. Deeper prayer.
Let’s seek Him together! 🙏🏾🔥

I’ve watched this Reel over and over, and every time I’m reminded… GOD DID THAT. 🥹🔥

Oil & Iron was more than a conference. It was an encounter. A pouring. A refining. A reminder that sometimes the very things we thought would break us were actually producing the oil we would one day pour from.

There were prayers behind this gathering that nobody heard. Tears nobody saw. Sacrifices nobody knew about. Moments when I questioned how it would all come together and yet, God kept reminding me:

If I gave you the vision, trust Me with the provision.

And He did what only HE could do.

Women worshipped. Women prayed. Women connected. Women were challenged. Women were strengthened. And most importantly, JESUS was glorified.

I walked away from Oil & Iron different too.

Because you can’t ask God to pour through you without being willing to let Him refine you in the process.

To every special guest, keynote speaker (@godly_hodge7 & @drreginamartin ), intercessor, panelist, vendor, volunteer, sponsor, attendee, friend, and person who prayed for this vision THANK YOU. You helped carry something that was much bigger than me.

And to every woman who walked into that room carrying something heavy…I pray you left knowing:

There is STILL oil on your life. 🫗🔥

What it cost you did not disqualify you.
What you survived did not diminish you.
The pressure did not destroy you.

It produced something in you.

Oil & Iron 2026 ❤️‍🔥
Strength. Refinement. Purpose.

And somehow…I know God is only getting started.

We’ve opened up our First line of early birds👀….Don’t miss Oil & Iron 2027 ‼️#RegisterToday

Day One of Oil & Iron 2026 was more than a kickoff it was community, connection, and Kingdom collaboration! ❤️‍🔥

We were honored to have some incredible vendors join us on August 28th, bringing their businesses, brands, gifts, and services into the room. Thank you to every vendor who believed in the vision and helped make the Oil & Iron Women’s Conference experience so special.

Here’s a glimpse of a few of the amazing businesses that showed up and showed out! ✨

JunieB Ministries would like to take a moment to honor and appreciate Shamara with Unity Banquet Hall! ❤️🙏🏾

When the call was made for a decorator sponsor for Oil & Iron, Shamara stepped up and answered! But what she gave went far beyond what was ever asked.

From daily phone calls and check-ins, to making sure we had what we needed, to even stepping in and assisting with some of our shirts she SERVED the vision. 🥹❤️

Shamara is truly a jack of all trades! Her gift goes beyond beautifully decorating a venue. She serves her clients with excellence, gives her all, and genuinely cares about the people behind the event.

We are incredibly grateful for your selflessness, generosity, time, and willingness to sow into this vision.

Shamara, thank you for saying YES and going above and beyond! We locked in! 🤞🏾❤️

May God return every seed you sowed into this ministry and continue to bless the work of your hands! 🙏🏾🙌🏾
