Everybody wants to compete until it’s time to actually put the work in 😂

I stopped worrying about who was ahead of me and started worrying about what I could build.

Now it’s simple: show up, get dirty, do the job, get paid, repeat.

Some days it’s junk removal. Some days it’s landscaping. Some days it’s whatever needs to get done. That’s the blue-collar life… you don’t always need a plan, sometimes you just need a truck, some equipment, and a reason to get moving. 😂

Not competing. Creating.

Part 2 — Disconnecting a dump trailer 👇🏽

Everybody sees the trailer. The part people don’t see is knowing how to actually work with the equipment.

In this video, I’m showing the process I use to safely disconnect my dump trailer — from getting it off the truck to securing it and disconnecting everything.

At 21, I’m learning that running a junk removal business means more than hauling junk. You have to know your equipment, protect your investment, and handle the little things correctly.

The pickup truck got me started.
The dump trailer is taking me to the next level.

More capacity. Bigger cleanouts. Bigger opportunities.

And I’m just getting started.

Everybody wants the results. Not everybody wants the work that comes before them.

At 21, I’m building a junk removal business from the ground up, one job, one customer, one load and one lesson at a time.

I started with a pickup truck. Now I have a dump trailer, which means more capacity, bigger junk removal jobs, and another asset to help me grow.

People told me I needed a dump trailer… so I went and got one.

That’s the mindset I’m carrying into everything I do: stop waiting until you’re ready. Start with what you have, work with what you have, and keep upgrading as you grow.

Motivation will get you started. Discipline is what keeps you moving when nobody is watching.

This is only the beginning. Follow the journey. 🛠️

Day 3 of 3 in New Bedford… and this one was a SH*T SHOW. 😮‍💨

We started the day unloading the truck from the previous job, grabbed a MASSIVE restaurant fridge, hit the metal yard, then headed back to finish this basement cleanout.

Black mold. Mountains of clutter. Tight spaces. Heavy lifting.

But that’s what building a business at 21 actually looks like.

You don’t get to choose which days build you.
You just have to keep showing up.

The goal isn’t to look successful. The goal is to become successful.

3 days. Multiple loads. One job at a time.

And after all that… we ended the day with oysters. 😂🦪

If you want to watch me build this thing from the ground up, follow along.

Because next video, I’m showing you the NEW DUMP TRAILER. 👀

We’re just getting started. 🚛

One customer. Three loads. Two days. One job turned into another. 🔥

I’m only 21, based out of Boston, and this customer was over an hour away in New Bedford.

What started as a $1,000-ish metal removal turned into multiple trips:

→ 600-lb furnace + a truckload of metal
→ A full truckload of salvageable donations
→ 5 dirty mattresses
→ Another load of trash

And the customer called us back again.

That’s the part people don’t see. Sometimes the win isn’t just the money from one job… it’s doing such a good job that the customer keeps calling you.

Part 2 tomorrow. We’re going back. 👀
