POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

People ask what I actually do all day. Truth is, most of it is falling in love with problems nobody else wants to touch.
Someone tells me their ache around training and that’s not a complaint to me. That’s a brief.
I started BSc in a garage on the Gold Coast in 1999 with nothing but an idea that supplements should do what they say for mass market and prove it every time. Twenty+ years later the part that still gets me out of bed hasn’t changed. It’s listening in a NPD meeting watching an idea move from a napkin sketch to a spec sheet. Arguing over a single active with a scientist who’s spent their career proving it works. Waiting on a new performance garment like it’s a new life arriving. Holding that finished product for the first time and knowing every batch behind it was tested, because HASTA certified isn’t a claim we make once. It’s every batch, every flavour, for years to come.
Building isn’t glamorous most days. It’s slow, it’s argued over, it’s rejected and rebuilt. But that’s the part I’d never trade for the launch day photos. The launch is one afternoon. The build is the whole story.
If you’re building something right now and it feels invisible and unglamorous, that’s not a sign you’re off track. That’s what building actually looks like from inside it. Game ON.

Repost from @daegan_coyne 👊🏻How good do these look, my weekend post surf and coffee!!! BODYSCIENCE PROTEIN CUPCAKES TOPPED WITH CARAMEL
-
<Cupcake Ingredients>
½ cup boiling water
1 tsp baking soda
12 pitted medjool dates
1.5 bananas (peeled and chopped)
3 tbsp coconut flour
1 scoop Bodyscience Hydroxy Pro Clinical in chocolate
1 tbsp vanilla essence
2 large eggs
½ tsp baking powder
-
<Caramel Ingredients>
2 scoops Body Ripped Superior in Caramel (caramel casein or blend will do)
3 pitted medjool dates
1-3 tbsp of water (enough to make a caramel mixture)
-
Instructions.
Preheat oven to 190C. Grease a muffin tray. Place the dates, water and baking soda together in a bowl and let stand for 5-10 minutes until the dates are soft. Place the date mixture, coconut flour, egg, banana, vanilla and baking powder in a blender and mix. Pour into muffin tins. Fill them quite high as they do not rise that much. -
Bake for 20 minutes. While baking, mix the caramel ingredients together in a blender or food processor. -
Once the cupcakes have cooled, pour some caramel on top and serve!!
