You don’t have a confidence problem, you have a systems problem

If your confidence still goes up and down
If pressure still messes with your performance
If you are tired of guessing before big moments…

You do not need more hype
Unless you’re lacy, You don’t need to work harder
You need a system

No. 6 UFC bantamweight @aiemannzahabi said it best:

“With Mindset Mike, nothing bothers me”
“He created a system so that I’m always bulletproof and lm ready for anything”

That is what a real mental performance system does.

Aiemann used our perfomance operating system to win 3 straight UFC fights, beat two top-10 opponents (Jose Aldo and Chito Vera) to earn a title eliminator with Sean O’Malley at the White House

Installing systems for your best performances is what I’ll teach inside my last cohort of my LIVE group course, Reverse Engineering Success

In 8 weeks, I help athletes build a system to compete with confidence, stay calm under pressure, and perform when it matters most

If you want to bulletproof your next performance, Comment BULLETRPOOF26 and I’ll send you the details

That old line, “winning is everything,” is killing your performance.

The second you obsess over the outcome, you get tight.
You force things.
You stop seeing clearly.

That is why so many athletes look great in training and fade under pressure in competition.

#6 UFC fighter @aiemannzahabi said it best: if he wins, the next fight is still the biggest fight of his career. If he loses, the next fight is still the biggest fight of his career.

That is real freedom and that’s exactly what we need coming into a fight against Sean O’Malley at the White House

For serious combat athletes, the outcome is not the focus.
The focus is growth, execution, and competing free in the moment.

When you stop clinging to the result, pressure gets lighter.
That is when your best performance shows up.

You’re NEVER going to win a fight by hoping everything goes right.

You win because your mind has been trained for chaos — and you have a plan for when (not if) things go south.

Reflecting on the biggest win of his career with @lionheartasmith , UFC fighter @aiemannzahabi ate a BRUTAL soccer kick to the face from the legend, Jose Aldo… and came back sharper. More present. More dangerous.

People were shocked but we weren’t… we were ready for it

Most fighters spiral after that. He reset, refocused, and found a way to win.

Here’s the truth: you walk into competition hoping it’ll go smooth. You cling to the idea of perfect conditions — the right warm-up, perfect ref, great first round.

But when anything goes sideways, you freeze. You spiral. You break.

Why? Because your mindset is built on circumstance, not preparation. Your identity is tied to control — and when you lose it, you collapse.

But when you train your mind like a weapon, you don’t just survive adversity. You execute with strategy instead of emotion.

This is what elite-level mindset training actually looks like. No panic. No spiraling. Just presence, clarity, and cold-blooded execution.

This isn’t motivation. It’s not hype. It’s a system. The same process trusted by world champions and top 10 athletes worldwide.

If you want to perform when the game plan breaks…

If you want to stay sharp when the storm hits…

Then Let me help you 👇

For the First 5 athletes to DM me the word “composed”, I’ll send you the question I ask every fighter during fight week to prepare for these moments! Not just to survive the moment — but to thrive and dominate inside it.
