✨ Anyone can be an advocate for social impact ✨

In advocacy, every role matters. You matter! From the ones on the front lines to those behind the scenes, setting up tents, scaffolding, and passing out water. 💧

In this clip, @AuroraArcher, visionary leader and founder of @theoptin, reminds us that impact doesn’t always mean being center stage. Your gifts, your energy, and your purpose define the role you play, and all of them are vital to collective change.

✨ “We are powerful beyond measure.” ✨

A message from corporate leader @auroraarcher , the CEO & Founder of @theoptin, as we celebrate #hispanicheritagemonth Aurora reminds us of the undeniable influence and unity within the Hispanic community. With $3.4 trillion in purchasing power and the youngest average consumer age in the U.S., the Latino collective potential is limitless. 💪🏽🌎

We are also reminded that we are all stronger when we embrace diversity and focus on connecting through shared values and purpose.

Let’s be intentional about how we show up, lead, and lift each other.

Listen & Level Up looks a little different this year— we took our own advice and leveled up in the way we tell and share stories from the women of B Lab U.S. & Canada's Level program!

As the B Corp Movement continues to grow, we find ourselves at an impasse—do we continue to have the same conversations of yesterday, failing to find common ground? Or do we slow down to listen and, dare we say, level up? In this conversation series, we talk to the women of Level about health and wellness, trailblazing the way forward, the importance of representation, and the value of lived experience.

We meet the challenge of leveling the playing field for Black, Indigenous, and Women of Color entrepreneurs head-on with Listen & Level Up. Join us and learn more about the Level program and the women of Level at wearebcorps.com/level

Stay tuned every other Wednesday, starting May 8th, for full-length videos exclusively on our YouTube channel.

Thank you to the phenomenal women of Level for sharing your voices with us and trusting us to share your stories with the B Corp community. Thank you to our amazing team at Magnet Media for bringing this conversation to life!

If my life right now could be encapsulated in a book title, it would be this- living at the crossroads of Science, Nature, and Spirit.

Part of my #rewilding work is re-weaving the worlds of science and spirit together 🧬

To do this I need to decolonize my own language, and the tools I use to commune with the world.

“While we have more scientific knowledge of the universe than any people ever had, it is not the type of knowledge that leads to an intimate presence within a meaningful uni-verse... The difficulty is that with the rise of the modern sciences we began to think of the universe as a collection of objects rather than as a communion of subjects.” - Linda Linn Haupt

How do I learn to lean more into my poet than my scientist side?
How do I uplift indigenous wisdom and voices? Those are the ones we desperately need to remember..

Maths become sacred geometry.
Frameworks become labryinths.
Networks turn to webs.
Interweaving.
Interbeing.
Science and spirituality collide

The magick of Nature is the golden thread that binds it - us- all. 🧬
