This workshop is designed to help you cultivate health and vitality through attuning to the phase of Metal.

Through herbal medicine, guided acupressure, meditation, and lifestyle recommendations we will learn how to support the metal element within our internal and external environment.

Each season brings with it a different flavour, a different invitation for how we can show up and feel more in alignment with our health.

Metal teaches us about grief, letting go, shedding what is no longer needed, and preparing for quiet and rest.

If you are curious to know more about Chinese medicine and the five phases and enjoy gathering around some tea and good company then this for you ☕️

Our Grand Opening Celebration and Lunar New Year Soirée was an extraordinary night 🥂✨️

TAO is NOT just another healthcare clinic in downtown Toronto.

It's the realization of a 15-year vision.

A blissfully soft landing for everyone who walks through our doors.

A haven of profound relief.

A nurturing environment for deep healing and self-discovery.

A community united by seriously skilled practitioners who are fiercely dedicated to their craft.

A platform for connection, education, and growth.

A sanctuary for emotional release and rejuvenation.

Where personal transformations unfold daily ..

and skepticism evolves into devotion.

A place where Magik happens

and Everything is possible

because Love is at the core of it all ~ Always.

In deep gratitude,

Amber

in the season of setting sights ahead, i can’t help but bring myself to a halt.

this weekend was a celebration in arrival. after many seasons of, what has felt like, sprinting full steam ahead, i rest in the comfort that i’ve landed. i’ve created a warm slice of oaxaca haven in the middle of toronto winter, and it’s not just for me.

my cancer shell has grown to fit inside it all the people i love and what a sight to delight in that.

it’s nice to actually cross a checkpoint that goes beyond months or years and to not miss it in the pursuit of what is next.

i celebrate its arrival and nurture the seeds of creation that only come from a fertile foundation ❤️

Ear seeding is a gentle form of acupressure. It's a safe, non-invasive, and effective treatment option for all ages that offers care + healing to-go ✨️

Yes, kids love to receive acupressure ear seeds, too!

ALLOW ME TO BRAG FOR A MOMENT….

We just wrapped the first Wild Ambition Cohort, and it was every bit as magnificent as I’d hoped it would be. My heart is filled with pride over what these incredible women have achieved and transformed during the past 90 days.

For the past three months we cried, laughed at our mistakes, learned how to harness our productivity, and helped ourselves get unstuck.

There is so much I want to share with you about the program, but for now, I want to highlight one major truth that came out so clearly during these past three months of the Wild Ambition Alliance:

YOU CAN TAKE THAT LEAP OVER THE CLIFF OF AMBITION IF YOU HAVE SOME FRIENDS WILLING TO FLY WITH YOU.

LET’S CHEERS TO THAT BABY!

It’s time to stop letting fears cripple you and creating internal drama that distracts you from your true goals and ambitions.

If you’re feeling stuck, think you deserve more, or can’t stop dreaming about the next big thing, stay tuned.

We have an empowering journey ahead.

Remember, success and happiness are subjective, and here at the Wild Ambition Alliance, we believe in defining them on our own terms, together.

I’m BACK so get ready for a drop of incredible resources, videos, live sessions and more that will take you on the journey towards the BADASS version of YOU.

And all this will happen, along with incredible women who will support you, listen to you and occasionally kick your butt (lovingly) so you can achieve your wildest dreams.

Follow me to stay tuned,

Danika
