Fall topics and dates are posted for The Pad SB! Come check out a free workshop to learn about injury prevention and management. Climbing injuries are more often from overuse than from falling or other acute mechanisms which makes prevention key. Next workshop is next week on shoulder injuries. Shoulders are second only to fingers in rock climbing injuries so come Thursday to learn more!
