New Pop Shots drop at @thepadslo 🧗‍♀️🍡

This week's 2 flavors are top staff picks: 🍫 Sea Salt Caramel and 🧜‍♀️ Mermaid Mint Chocolate. Grab one for from the cute new display right above the mini-fridge in the entryway. 😏

Here's where I need your help, Beach Buddies. 🌊 This is a trial run, and if Pop Shots are a hit here, they could make their way to other Pad locations from Santa Maria and Santa Barbara all the way to Nevada and New York. 🤯 It would be a little beachy dream come true to see Pop Stop go national in 2027. ✨

How to help:
🍡 Grab a Pop Shot after your climb
📸 Snap yourself trying it with #TakeAPopShot
👇 Tag a climber friend in the comments who needs a pop
🔁 Share this to your stories

Then tell me your favorite flavor of the two, and drop any flavor requests for next week! 🤍

Pop in. Bliss out.

They're officially here, SLO climbers! 🧗‍♀️🍡✨

My gluten-free protein pops are now available @thepadslo 🎉

Grab a Triple Push-Up before or after your session for a wholesome, delicious little boost. 💪

We're kicking things off with two fan favorite PopStar flavors:

🍫 Sea Salt Caramel
🌈 Double Rainbow Fruity

This is a trial run, so here's where you come in: stop by, grab a pop, and show The Pad some love so we can make this a permanent spot to find snacks that keep you fueled for all your climbing adventures. 😏🤍

Are you a member at The Pad? Drop a 🧗 in the comments so I know who to look out for!

A huge thank you to owner Kristin and the whole team at The Pad for the opportunity. Here's to the beginning of a beautiful partnership! 🥂

Yesterday we said “Farewell” to Emma, our amazing partner at @thepadslo! She’s moving up North to further her education and follow her dreams, which we are so excited about. We are going to miss her kind and inclusive presence at our monthly meet-up sessions! 💚

We greatly appreciate our community partners and all they do to support our CCASC families. It takes a village and we are proud to have a great crew in our corner! 💪🏼

If you are a local business or nonprofit organization that would like to get involved through our events, sponsorships, or giving programs, please reach out! Our email is contact@sloautism.org.

🌟Climbers! Loosen your tight shoulders @ 6 PM TONIGHT (and every Friday) at The Pad SLO!

This class is free for members of the gym, with a $10 suggested donation for nonmembers who also want to join! 🤸🏻‍♂️

🧘🏻‍♀️What to expect:

Friday Flex is a yoga class designed specifically for the climbing community, welcoming climbers of all levels looking to improve mobility and flexibility while maintaining the strength and stability essential to send!

Rooted in the Hatha tradition with that familiar Vinyasa flow, this class will guide longer holds through postures, encouraging the fascia to soften and providing your muscles the time needed to lengthen. While the pace is steady and intentional, don’t mistake slow for easy! Expect to notice heat build throughout this practice of mindful movement, controlled breath, and sustained holds.

Each class is designed to improve mobility, body awareness, balance, and stability while helping counteract tightness that often develops from climbing. Whether you’re recovering from a projecting session, working toward your next grade, or simply looking to move better on and off the wall, Friday Flex is here to complement your climbing journey!

Come get flexy, friends 🕉️🧗‍♂️
