Heart of Autumn Sound Bath 🌙🍂

@thepadstudios

October 24 | 1-2:30pm

Marco and I are bringing Audio Alchemy to @thepadstudios for a special-edition fall sound bath: crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes woven with Marco’s synths and nature samples.

Earthy tones, crisp autumn textures, and the soft hush of the season as the days grow shorter. A chance to settle in, turn inward, and get grounded before the year winds down. 🍁

Come ready to slow down, breathe deep, and let the sound carry you into stillness.

Bundle up cozy: soft layers and whatever helps you settle into deep relaxation. Blankets and bolsters provided at atudio, but bring any other plush you like 😌

I see the benefits of yoga everywhere—in how we move, how we breathe, and how we meet our lives🩷

The practice grounds us in this moment through the breath, offering us an opportunity to regulate, listen, and tune back into the wisdom of the body.

Maybe that’s part of why we practice—not to become something better, but to remember what’s already here.

The audio in this Reel was inspired by Zach Bush’s @zachbushmd latest book, Biological Elegance, and its beautiful exploration of the intersection of AI and the intelligence already living within us.

It’s so Bish to make last-minute plans…

Not our fault SF weather has been insanely good, and these events were way too good to pass up🔥

Grab your Bish and come hang:

Thursday with @novawellnessmed for our Hormones, Explained event — real conversations, expert answers, and all the hormone questions you’ve been meaning to ask 🎤

Friday with @thepadstudios for yoga + a cold plunge. Name a better way to start the weekend, I’ll wait 🧘‍♀️

Sunday with @mntstudio for a full wellness fest with outdoor workouts, amazing vendors, and so much community. Seriously impressed by what they’ve put together!

Come get a taste of Bish, and meet our incredible local communities.

More details + RSVP through the links in bio.

See you soon.

Getting to connect with other local businesses in San Francisco, and build relationships with the incredible women behind them, has been one of the most fulfilling parts of this startup journey ✨

And these moments always feel extra special when we get to share them with you 🤍

We’re so excited to share that Bish Bars are officially available at @thepadstudios , a space built intentionally around mind, body, and soul wellness.

I felt grounded from the moment I walked in, and I’d love for you to experience that feeling this Friday.

Join us at The Pad studios for a yoga class designed to awaken your senses and bring you back into the present moment, followed by a Vital Ice session to revive your energy.

Come as you are. Come with the highs, the lows, and whatever this week handed you. Come to recenter, refill, and give a little something back to yourself before the next rush begins.

RSVP through the link in bio🧘‍♀️

Thank you, @nicolecroninyoga and @jenikajensen for opening your doors to us — and for helping open more doors for women’s health and wellness in our community 🍫

Coming soon @thepadstudios 🍫🤍

Wellness feels better when it’s less about perfection and more about balance — in your body, your thoughts, your movement, and your nutrition.

Since launch, we’ve heard so much feedback about how Bish has become part of your workout and recovery routines throughout your cycle.

This launch gets us even closer to you 🔥

Starting this Wednesday, you’ll be able to grab Bish before or after your session.

And this Friday, we’ll be sampling at the studio during a very special event. RSVP through the link in bio 💋
