Big congratulations on the Oscar recognition. Well deserved. 🎬

Almost 9 years ago, my colleague and I had the opportunity to film behind the scenes of a photoshoot with legendary photographer Cliff Watts while he photographed Michael B. Jordan.

That shoot was a lot of fun, and it’s been a pleasure watching Michael’s career grow ever since.

BEST DAY EVER .

Marriage has a way of testing you and growing you all at once. It’s not always easy, but it’s always worth it. Every trial we’ve faced brought us closer, every storm taught us something new. Through it all, I’ve seen blessings I couldn’t have imagined.✨

"Peace The Policy"
This short film follows two young men on what should have been a simple day of basketball. After one’s ego sparks a road rage incident, they later get pulled over, turning their day in an unexpected and unfair direction.

Directed by myself (Kervin Marseille) and William Leonard , we shot this film in just one day. With no formal script, we worked closely with the actors, guiding them on their characters and emotions and allowing for improvisation to create a raw, authentic dialogue.

"Peace The Policy" debuted at the Urbanworld Film Festival in 2016. @urbanworldff

When it was time for on stage question I was more excited than nervous but when I was asked “What is your greatest weakness?” In all honesty it became a vulnerable moment for me. This has always been a difficult question to answer but overtime I learned your weakness can be one of your greatest gifts. This moment by far was my favorite segment of the competition because I had the opportunity to share with you all a part of me I tend to hide away sometime.

Thank you @queendelpha and @queensacademyglobal for helping me build my inside to shine as great outside ❤️✨
