WINTERING AT PARNHAM

Just as nature moves through cycles of rest and renewal, so do we.

Wintering, the first gathering in a new series from Hannah Gilbert and Katie Horne at Parnham, invites you to slow down and prepare for the season ahead through strength, movement, reflection and nourishment.

Before the festive bustle begins, take a day for yourself: to reconnect with nature, listen to your body and find a quiet, strong resilience.

Hannah brings fifteen years of experience helping people build strength and vitality. Katie draws on yoga, Qigong and somatic movement to encourage a slower, more intuitive connection with the body. Together, they offer a welcoming, supportive day for different ages, abilities and stages of life. No experience needed.

In association with @vivobarefoot , our footwear partner, reconnecting you to nature and your natural potential, from the ground up.

Strength & movement · Brunch · Barefoot walk · Flow & breathe

Places are limited. Please register your interest to join us, on the Parnham Park website events page 🤎

Another fabulous visit to Parnham, this time for a guided tour of the house and gardens, led by Ed Grant (Senior Project Manager) and owner James Perkins, who both spoke so passionately about the project and never tired of our endless questions.

These tours offer a more intimate understanding of the estate, from its architectural history to the ongoing restoration work shaping its future.

We went beyond the walled garden to experience parts of Parnham not usually open to the public, and to gain insight into the craftsmanship and care underpinning its revival.

A fantastic visit and a tour we highly recommend if you can get there. Followed by a delicious lunch in the restaurant, a really lovely visit.

Thank you Ed & James for being so welcoming, we'll be back soon!

A classic Sunday roast with a modern twist at @parnhampark

This Michelin Guide restaurant brings a farm-to-table approach to a Sunday favourite, with seasonal produce grown just a stone’s throw away in the garden.

Served at a three course set menu costing only £35pp - an absolute steal for the service & quality of food.
