The NFL came, saw, and conquered! What a week it was! 🏈🍷

From the Kickoff Festival to Game Day, @yserieswine brought the colour, energy and the perfect grab-and-go sips to the action as the Official Wine Sponsor of the NFL in Australia and New Zealand 🤩

We had an absolute blast on-ground at the MCG supporting the team in bringing it all to life. From Y Series wine pairings at the Y Zone activation, to inviting creators on-field for an incredible VIP experience, to enjoying the limited-edition Y Series x NFL cans with media at the game (and the @jonasbrothers concert!!) - this was a very memorable way to put Y Series at the heart of the @nflaunz action in Australia 🙌❤️

✨ SPRING HAS ARRIVED @89_Eureka ✨

What better way to welcome Spring than with cocktails, incredible company and dinner with a view? 🥂

Thank you to everyone who joined us last night for our Spring Media Dinner and the launch of Altitude 89 — our new $89 two-course pre-theatre dining experience, designed for date nights, catch-ups and unforgettable evenings high above the city.

We loved welcoming some of Melbourne’s most stylish names, including @ella.bellaaa___ and sister @zaradalais, Andrew Robinson @drewphly, @bellahenryj, @biancaarose_, Olga @whatpeoplewear.au, journalist @Chrisanthi_Kal, Craig @mrfashion_man, DJ @jodilly, @hannahmcknightt, @chloepink__ and husband @toby.pink.

The evening began with Cocktails in the Clouds at Bar 88 at @MelbourneSkydeck, before heading upstairs to Eureka 89 to experience Altitude 89 — all accompanied by those spectacular 89th-floor city views. ✨

And, of course, no night at Melbourne Skydeck would be complete without a little adventure. Guests ended the evening by braving The Edge, taking in sweeping views across the MCG as Melbourne gets ready for next week’s NFL takeover. 🏈

POV: you’re 300m above Melbourne celebrating the first day of spring ☁️✨

Had such a lovely night at @melbourneskydeck & @89_eureka 🥹💗 We got to experience Altitude 89, Melbourne’s highest dining experience, with yummy food + THE most insane city views 😭🍽️✨

I’ve visited the Skydeck countless times and it honestly never gets old! Every time I step out of that elevator, I’m reminded of how grateful I am to call this city my home. 🥹🇦🇺 The view is just breathtaking every single time. 🫶🏻

The Cocktails in the Clouds experience includes Skydeck entry, a cocktail at Bar 88 + the Voyager Theatre VR experience, so there’s plenty to do beyond just taking in the views! 🍸☁️

And with the NFL taking over Melbourne next week 🏈👀, you can even see across towards the MCG and Kickoff Festival from up here!

SPRING, 89 FLOORS ABOVE MELBOURNE ✨🥂

What a spectacular way to welcome the first night of spring, high above the city at Eureka 89.

Tonight we were invited for a first taste of Altitude 89, Eureka 89’s new dining experience in the clouds, beginning with Cocktails in the Clouds at Melbourne Skydeck as the sun went down over Melbourne. 🌇
Then it was up to Eureka 89 for canapés, cocktails and a beautifully curated two-course dinner, surrounded by those incredible 360° views of the city.

I had the barramundi for main, which was beautiful, followed by the tiramisu, which was absolutely my favourite. 🤎✨

Altitude 89 has been designed as a premium dining experience that can be enjoyed in just 60 minutes, making it perfect before a show, concert, drinks in the city or simply as a destination in itself.

A gorgeous evening, beautiful food and an incredible view. What a fabulous way to say hello to spring. 🌸✨

Tonight I got a little peek behind the curtain of @prettywomanmusicalau before it opens in Melbourne. Helloooo fondue 🤤 🧀

We heard from the gorgeous @samanthajade and hilarious @michellebrasier, and learned about Pretty Woman’s partnership with @dressforsuccessvictoria (really looking forward to learning more about their incredible work).

Pretty Woman the Musical opens at @regent_theatre next month.

This six-course Chef’s Tasting experience by Executive Chef Renee Martillano showcases the best of modern Australian cuisine.

From lobster to roasted quail and melt-in-your-mouth wagyu beef short rib, every course was beautifully presented and packed with flavour.

Paired with panoramic city views and finished with an incredible dessert course, this was fine dining at its most memorable.

Steve Todhunter from @robertoatleywines also guided guests through the perfectly matched wine pairings.

Showcasing the very best seasonal Victorian and Australian produce, this new dining experience is a celebration of modern Australian cuisine, extraordinary flavours, and breathtaking city views.

When dinner is 89 floors above Melbourne✨️🌃

We were invited to experience the newly launched Signature 6-Course Chef's Tasting Menu at @89_eureka perched 89 floors above Melbourne and home to the Southern Hemisphere's highest restaurant and event space and what a NIGHT!!!😍

What impressed me most was that despite the spectacular skyline stretching across Melbourne below us, the food never felt secondary.

Curated by award-winning Executive Chef Renee Martillano, the menu celebrates seasonal Australian produce through refined technique and thoughtful storytelling, with each course designed to showcase the best of modern Australian dining.

Our journey through the menu included:
✨ Yellowfin Tuna
smoked roe emulsion, jalapeño, soused fennel
✨ Truffled Confit Leeks
potato, buttermilk, puffed quinoa
✨ Poached Lobster
kohlrabi, nori mustard, bouillabaisse
✨ Roasted Quail
celery root, hispi cabbage, white miso
✨ Wagyu Beef Short Rib MB5
onion textures, caper remoulade, mushroom XO
✨ Passionfruit Gateau
coconut & lime sable, mandarin caviar, basil

The Truffled Confit Leeks and Roasted Quail were such standout dishes for us.😍

And because no great tasting menu should stand alone, every course was accompanied by a thoughtfully selected wine pairing by @robertoatleywines that elevated the experience even further. 🍷

The view may get you through the door. The menu is what stays with you.

But at @89_eureka the food rises to the occasion.

Gathering for the launch of Executive Chef Renee Martillano’s new Signature Tasting Menu, guests were treated to an evening showcasing some of Victoria’s finest produce, thoughtfully curated across six beautifully executed courses.

From yellowfin tuna and poached lobster to wagyu short rib and a beautifully balanced passionfruit gâteau, every dish felt purposeful, refined and genuinely memorable.

Paired wines, impeccable service and a dining room suspended above the city lights made for one of those evenings that reminds you why Melbourne remains one of the world’s great dining destinations.

Thank you to the Eureka 89 team for a wonderful evening.
