Being a CEO is one role. Being a parent is another. The greatest legacy isn't the business you build, it's the people you raise. As a family, we're committed to helping our kids become the strongest version of themselves, not just in sports, but in life. That's why we train differently. We focus on integration, building the body, the mind, and the habits that allow every child to move with intention and create from a place of coherence. Every session starts with the FP First 4, because a strong foundation creates everything that follows. Better movement, better decisions, better awareness, better performance. The goal isn't to create the best athlete. The goal is to expose every child to what it feels like to move, think, and train like an athlete, then let them choose for themselves what their own greatness looks like. To be coherent in what they're creating for themselves, to enjoy the process, and to have fun every step of the way. That's where a love for growth begins. #functionalpatterns #FPFirst4

Bienvenida a tu nueva casa, Eli. Integrated > Isolated When your feet, hips, trunk, and shoulders work together, you create more power with less effort. Your body is strongest when it moves as one team. #Integratedmovementstrategies #VolleyballTraining #AthleteDevelopment #posturetoperformance #FunctionalPatterns

In our house, we aren’t just building another athlete, we are building a different kind of athlete. The game is played in millimeters, and we want Ellie to feel every one of them. We focus on keeping her structure together and finding the right sensation as she moves. It’s not just about getting from point A to point B, it’s about having the intention to move correctly. We are building her Contextual Memory. By exposing her to these patterns now, her brain learns to recognize the "pull" and exposes her to feeling integrated. We want her to own those sensations so that when the game speeds up, her body already knows it. 👏 @movewell.iowa + @functionalpatterns @thepathtoproig For the posterior chain combo work. #FunctionalPatterns #SHFTCoaching #womenssoccer #Biomechanics #athlete @fcbarcelona

From Ellie to Elite Ellie 📈 In the first video, you can see Ellie’s foot turning out. This was a habit that will "leak" her power. When the foot turns out like that, the glutes don't work right for what we what to achieve. This has been leading to knee and back pain for Ellies case . In the second video, Ellie is being intentional. She is focused on keeping her foot straight so her hips do the work. We are still working on it, but she is learning to control her movement. Why this is a win: Using the Glutes: Now her big muscles are working. This protects her knees and back from getting hurt. No Wasted Energy: She isn't losing power anymore. She moves with more "snap." Better Stamina: Since she isn't wasting energy, she can play hard until the very end. This is the Functional Patterns way. I want kids to be aware of how they move so they can feel the thrill of sport—feeling fast, powerful, and built to last! #SHFTCoaching #EliteEllie #FunctionalPatterns #YouthAthletes #GaitTraining MoveWithIntent
