It was a good day to have a good day! I love love love pouring into female athletes and to get to be on the other side of the golf ball today is such a treat! I want to perform better (that will never go away) but really just enjoyed watching such young talent shine! #femaleempowerment #togetherwomenwin #relationshipsmatter #fairwaysandgreens #thedocistired

My ❤️ is full today. Women’s sports matter! Bonds and memories were made today - despite our score. Progress was made! Stay present. Keep at it. This old lady was happy she got a chance to compete today! #femaleathletes #togetherwomenwin #mentalmindset #staypresentandfocused #tiredmomma

Celebrating Chris’ birthday a little early Sunday! So fun seeing the kids enjoy something him and I have always shared together. We even managed to bowl a few frames thanks to a little toddler screen time! So grateful for the memories we are making as a family! It is not easy! But we are looking for small moments to celebrate and feel like humans. He deserves a celebration. Birthdays look a little different these days but we are soaking it up. #papibirthday #strikesandspares #bowlingbabies #babesandballs #cookedtoperfection

We survived Bennett’s first game! As the coach and competitor that I am - I am sad to report we got crushed! Hahaha. But juice boxes, fruit snacks and treat bags helped the team morale! We will get them next time. In all seriousness I am so proud of Bennett! Mainstream soccer, following directions and hanging in there is not easy! He did great! I am also so incredibly blessed to have such wonderful parents who helped get things ready (even though Grampy is back working again and traveling - he made the time), a husband who changed his work schedule to be there & a brother who drove over an hour on college football day! Focusing on all that we have! And Bennett had the best fan section especially in Sloany! #makingitwork #soccerlife #letitbegin #soblesswd #coachesrule

Love getting on the course with my athletes. This young lady has asked me to play in the USGA 4 ball qualifier with her in October so she came into Htown for a little practice round! Love working with her and the best is yet to come. #mentalmindset #mentalsideinaction #havingfunbutstillworking #thedocisswining #talkbirdietome
