Most people see this and immediately think firearm, but it’s not. This is the AEA HP Max in .357 caliber, and it runs strictly on compressed air.
Under federal law, high-pressure pneumatic systems like this aren’t classified as firearms—no gunpowder, no combustion, just pure air pushing heavy lead downrange. In .357, you’re looking at an 8-shot mag slinging slugs with serious punch (around 130 to 150+ foot-pounds of energy) right out of a compact setup.
PCP tech has come a long way from the basic pellet guns most people grew up with.
⚠️ DISCLAIMER: This video is strictly for educational, informational, and recreational sporting purposes. This device is a high-powered pneumatic airgun (PCP), NOT a firearm. Always check and follow your local laws—including state, county, and city ordinances, as regulations on airgun possession, carry, and discharge vary widely by jurisdiction. Practice proper handling and use eye and ear protection.

Here's my Big Boy --- my AEA .58 Zeus from @thepelletshop in the @mountain_metal_products Chassis topped with my @discoveryopt_official VT-T 4-16×50 SFVF FFP.

This is one BIG RIG!!! Very accurate and ready to go. The chassis keeps it will grounded. But... the Discovery scope keeps it on target, without fail, keeping this monster accurate at longer ranges. I can definitely see the future with this glass. @discoveryopt_official keep them coming.

I love this setup.

When the target you shot yesterday doesn’t put you in a good position to be where you want to be Sunday, all you can do is shake it off and get ready for round two!
Tough wind as always. Not the strongest I’ve shot in here in Utah, but it was a switchy tail-wind and I always find that challenging.
