Did you know that @no7uk offer a free personalised skin analysis and foundation match at larger @bootsuk stores?

Lovely Lynna talked me through the whole process, from my skincare routine and concerns to the Pro Derm Scan. She explained my results and recommended products to help with my key areas of concern — hydration and fine lines! I was so impressed by the insights into my skin.

I was also excited to be matched to my shade of the new Pro Artist Silk Glaze Skin Tint.

Head to my stories to find your nearest store and book an appointment. The Pro Derm Scan is free, with no obligation to buy products.

Did you know @bootsuk offers a free in store @no7uk personalised skin analysis?

They offer this service at their larger branches and they can provide you a detailed, dermatologist-grade skin analysis and foundation shade match.

The beautiful Lynna who is a no7 business manager used a handheld high-magnification device that analyses 20 million skin areas in literally minutes.
The Pro Derm Scan measures hydration levels, oil balance, pores, fine lines, wrinkles and skin tone and provides clear scores and identifies your exact skin needs and what products would be best suited to you from your results.

Even with no obligation to buy, but honestly I can’t recommend having this service enough and using No7 they have been delivering us scientific beauty solutions since 1935.

The results will also generate a custom product regime and an accurate foundation shade match, because that can be a nightmare for us to choose the right shade for us.

Comment Yes and I’ll send you the link to book or find out more by popping along to your no7 counter inside a Boots or book online at:

It’s #newwatchalert time and this is thanks to those lovely folks @citizenwatch

This is the new Promaster Diver ref. BN0265-00A featuring the fantastic award winning Eco-Drive technology which is celebrating its 50th anniversary.

This particular model is 1 of 3 versions, the all black, all blue and this crisp white dial with green strap.

The Eco-Drive technology powering this piece can be charged by any light source and when fully charged it will power the watch without any additional exposure to light for 6 months. This superb technology saves any battery changes and avoids those spent batteries going into landfill…good times 👌

This is a superb watch for #whitewatchwednesday and with that orange seconds hand I was hooked!!!

Have an awesome Wednesday folks

Maybe the easiest way to know who you are is to look at what you keep coming back to.

For me, it’s motorcycles, cars, menswear and the outdoors. The things I’ve always been drawn to, long before I ever thought about how they looked on camera.

They’re different interests, but they all give me the same feeling: freedom, individuality and a sense of being completely myself.

I think that’s what being yourself really means. Not trying too hard to define it, but paying attention to the things that naturally feel like you.

The way you dress. What you drive. Where you go. What you make time for.

This is what makes me, me. @yslbeauty

I’ve recently discovered my body is low in iron which I was quite surprised by considering I’m a full on carnivore! So this week I put some iron products to the test. A great little tablet, a greens powder and a clever vitamin-packed drink that tastes fruity despite also containing loads of veg. Read my reviews @thesun.

Feel like everyone is talking about creatine and you’ve not got a clue what it is? Here’s a brief intro ⬇️

• Creatine is a natural compound in the body that helps fuel the muscles for short bursts of intense activity 💪
• It’s good for brain function when tired 🧠
• We naturally produce around 1-2g a day, primarily in the liver.
• You can also get it from foods like red meat and fish 🥩🐟
• Ideally, you need 3-5g of creatine monohydrate a day.

For the Sun on Sunday Tried & Tested I looked at ways you can try to get enough creatine with these products ⬇️

ad/pr New vacuum cleaner review…

I was recently sent the new @halo_capsule XR edition to try out and so far it’s been great! I hate lugging our heavy corded vacuum up the stairs to do the bedrooms and - even worse - doing the stairs themselves. It seems pretty powerful for a cordless handheld vacuum which is fab! Previous cordless ones I’ve had have always let me down on this! Now this actually has a bag - which I’ve never had before - so I’ll have to see how I get on with it! I’ve not had to change it yet so I can’t comment. So far, so good in my opinion!

Are you team bag or bag-less?

Here’s some additional information:-
• 2 year warranty
• Anti hair wrap
• Compostable dust bags
• Up to 140 minute battery life

My first Henley Royal Regatta and it was just as jovial, atmospheric and glamorous as I hoped it would be 🚣‍♀️ 💙

The family unity, the thrilling sport and the beautiful fashion make this one British event that just has to make it into your summer social season diary

The biggest thank you to @henleyroyalregatta for inviting me along I already cannot wait to come back next year

And a very big thank you to @hollandcooperclothing and @beazleymillinery for dressing me so exquisitely I truly felt like a princess. I opted for a traditional navy striped Knightsbridge blazer, very regatta appropriate, but with a fun splash of pink which I tied through the rest of the look. The ballet shoes were practical for a long day on your feet whilst the pointed toe gave a nod to an elegant heel without the discomfort. I’ve decided every lady needs one of these linen maxi skirts in their wardrobe, the elegance, the movement, the fit is just exquisite. Topped off with a statement boater hat from my darling Charlotte which I hope you will agree truly makes this riverside look. I hope you love it as much as I do x

Was I overdressed or did they miss the dress code?! I was SHOCKED when I first saw this at @henleyroyalregatta *

*This is all in jest - Yes I did not expect to see hole ridden outfits at one of the most fashionable summer events in the British calendar however, it turns out the Dutch team have a tradition of wearing their family blazers that get handed down over hundreds of years so actually it’s quite a beautiful sentiment 🤍
