The HoneyBadger AI Install - Nashville (technically Franklin) 2026

My heart is full.

These are some of the best people I’ve ever met.

Clinicians and coaches from across countries, gathered for the same reason:

We care about people, and we want to make healthcare better for them.

The point of this event was to learn how to use AI as a force for good in healthcare. How to use it to take care of things that a human isn’t needed for, so the humans can focus on what they ARE needed for:

Trust. Connection. Relationship. The people.

I learned plenty about that, and I built things that will help me lead Unbreakable to change the lives of many, many more clinicians and coaches for the better.

But damn it, these people are the heart and soul of this whole thing.

Seeing old friends again, and meeting people for the first time that feel like you’ve known them for years.

Finally getting to hug someone you’ve wanted to for years but there was always a pesky screen in the way.

If you’ve been to a conference and think you know what I’m talking about, no you don’t.

These are the people to laugh with. Cry with. Sing with. Level with. Journey with.

I am beyond grateful to be on the journey with them all.

We’re not done yet.

P.S. I don’t have nearly enough photos of these amazing people or moments from the weekend but they happened and you know who you are ❤️👊

Fasted running is having a moment. We’re not doing it.

Eat before every run. Even something small. Even at 5:30am. Your body can’t build fitness out of nothing.

Then fuel early and fuel often — first bite no later than 30 minutes in. Don’t wait until you feel bad. By the time you feel bad you’re already behind, and you won’t catch back up.

👉30 to 60 grams of carbs every hour = 2 Running gels OR 2 pack of chews OR 2 pieces of fruit.

👉75 to 90 grams of carbs = uncrustable + 1 running gel + 8oz Gatorade + an applesauce pack OR 1 cup mashed potatoes + 1 pack chews + 2 graham crackers

Sounds like more than you’re eating now? That’s the point.

Saturday 7:30am, Briggs. Practice it there. 🍌

Most people’s first quarter mile Saturday will be their warm-up. That’s a shame, because you only get four of them. 🥴

A mile is short enough that your body doesn’t have time to catch up. Cold legs, and you’re 30 seconds into the race before you feel like yourself.

So warm up before the gun. Ten easy minutes of jogging, then a few 20-second pickups where you get up to speed and float back down. Finish about five minutes before your heat starts.

You’ll feel the difference in the first 100 meters.

Last tune-up: tomorrow, 5:30 at Fleet Feet Olympia. 🔥

Happy happy birthday to my coach, @thephoenixmodel! You are always the tallest in the crowd and I’m so glad the first time we met in person was in the middle of a race, even better that it was themed to your favorite character! Working together has made significant changes in my life and my health and I’m so grateful for you and all the patience you continue to have when I bring you every ache and pain and change up my goals on you all the time! You keep me focused on doing things that make my body better adapted for the things I want to do and I hope you have the most amazing birthday!

The traffic light rule — steal this for every ache you ever get. 🚦

🟢 GREEN: it fades as you warm up. Usually fine to keep running easy.
🟡 YELLOW: it stays exactly the same the whole run. Shorten it, slow it down, watch it.
🔴 RED: it sharpens as you go or changes the way you stride. Stop. Rest. Get it looked at if it lingers.

We’re runners, not doctors — but this rule has saved a lot of training blocks.

👉 Save it + 📤 Share it with your “it’s fine” friend.

We will walk you step by step how to set up Claude and teach it to think like you instead of letting it think for you.

You’ll improve the quality of your programming while reducing time spent on it by 75% for new patients.

Message me JULY and I’ll send you a doc with all the details.

2 dozen clinicians from around the country are flying to FL to learn how to use AI as a force for good.

To build extensions of their clinical practice to serve patients in a way that the broken sickcare system never could.

This is an event for the aspiring leaders of healthcare to invent a new model. For the ones who refuse the status quo. And for the ones who also refuse to let AI do the thinking for them.

This one sold out within days of release. Message me SECOND BRAIN if you want to get on the waitlist for our next session.

Speed and Strength aren’t scary.

It’s small doses of hard effort with appropriate recovery layered into consistent training.

We build this gradually at Club Oly 💛 come to our Thursday night Run Group if you’re interested in learning more about speed training!
