🏓 NEW TO PICKLEBALL? Start with these 3 EASY serves! Your serve doesn’t need to be powerful or fancy. The goal is simple: GET THE BALL IN! Here are 3 beginner-friendly serves to try 👇 1️⃣ DROP SERVE — The easiest to learn! - Hold the ball out in front of you. - Release it without tossing or throwing it down. - Let it bounce, then swing from low to high. 💡 Take your time! There’s no rush to hit the ball. Why use it? 👉 Gives you more time to set up and make clean contact 👉 Great for building consistency and confidence 👉 Less timing involved, so it’s easier for beginners 2️⃣ VOLLEY SERVE — The classic serve! - Stand behind the baseline. - Release the ball and hit it before it bounces. - Swing your paddle from low to high, making contact below your waist. 💡 Keep your swing smooth and controlled. No need to smash it! Why use it? 👉 Faster and more fluid once you get the timing 👉 Easy to develop into a stronger, more aggressive serve later 👉 Helps you find a consistent serving rhythm 3️⃣ LOB SERVE — High and deep! - Start with your regular drop or volley serve. - Open your paddle face slightly and swing upwards. - Aim high over the net and deep into the opponent’s service court. 💡 Give yourself plenty of clearance! Why use it? 👉 Pushes your opponent further back 👉 Gives you more time to get ready for the return 👉 Can be uncomfortable for players who prefer attacking shorter balls ❤️ Beginner reminder: Don’t worry about speed, spin or trying to hit an ace yet. Keep it simple. Get it in. Build consistency first. Once you can make 8–9 out of 10 serves, THEN start adding placement, depth and power. 👌 📌 SAVE this for your next pickleball session! 🏓: @selkirksportmalaysia INF-XINNY 🛍️: @mypickleball.my MYPXINNY ⛳: @thepxp.club 🧢: @be.delon - XINNY10

This one tip will add so much more topspin and venom to your double backhand. ⏬Drop the front shoulder and aim your paddle tip down. Topspin is generated as you brush upwards and through the ball. Unlike tennis, There are no strings on the paddle so brushing it from the side isn't going to do much in terms of spin. Send this to your friend just starting to use a twoey backhand. 🤗 #pickleballtips #pickleballdrills #Xinnypickleball #fyp #pickleballmalaysia
