I moved to Goa and, somehow, found these people.

@perthonearthh runs @prelo.in where clothes get second lives and somehow look better doing it. Check out the banger collection!

@sage.sej is building a little community here called @sagespace_goa, which feels very Sejal because she seems incapable of doing anything without making a space for other people in it.

@with.tanushree refuses to be reduced to a job title. She does a hundred different things, and, rather annoyingly, seems to be good at all of them. Please just don’t mess with her! Check out @chip_kali_

@dandekaratharv is a professional footballer and a part-time handsome hunk who could make professional models reconsider their career choices.

@preetibansal2190 is the dopest designer and illustrator working with international clients, presumably because India wasn’t challenging enough. And on weekends she’ll be hunting waterfalls. Which feels like a very good way to divide one’s time.

@iamadryfruit is a writer-director, and an aggressively easy person to befriend, whose throwaway punchlines could make a room full of stand-up comedians reconsider their life choices.

@pragatea__ spends her weekdays working on how to make the world better, and her weekends proving she can make even better pesto. She paints, parties, and has the kind of standards for herself that make you want to raise your own. She could also probably convince an Eskimo to buy ice.

@sonia.rebecca.menezes is not in this video because she is busy, presumably running the economy of the country. She is the person important people call when they need to figure out what to say next, and she apparently handles other very important things for very important people. We have chosen not to ask too many questions.

Funny that in a place where I didn’t know many people, I found myself surrounded by people I now want to know better.

So this is a small record of the beginning, before everyone becomes famous, gets busy, starts pretending they don’t know me, etc.
