✨Part 2✨ of a wet and jam packed weekend somewhere in the Cotswolds!!☔️🚐🍺🌳🏕️

We found our little slice of countryside at @thepigplace , Banbury🐷🌿

An adults-only campsite with friendly pigs for neighbours (literally right by your pitch if you choose). This site has on-site farm shop full of local produce, plus a food van, bar and live music! A unique and hidden little gem of a campsite!🏕️🎶🍕🍔🚐🍻

✨ Part 1 of our Cotswolds trip ✨

First stop… our campsite of choice! 🏕️🐷

We stayed at The Pig Place, a rustic, adults-only campsite in Banbury, and honestly, what a find! 🤎

There was so much more than just a place to pitch up — they had a food van serving everything from 🍕 pizza to 🍔 burgers, an on-site farm shop, a bar, and even live entertainment in the evenings. 🎶🍻

And the best part? We had pigs for neighbours! 🐷😂

Such a chilled, quirky little spot and the perfect base for exploring the Cotswolds. 🌿✨

Stay tuned for Part 2… 👀

🔥 OXFORD INDIE LEGENDS. 25+ YEARS LATER. BACK & LOUDER THAN EVER. 🔥

This Saturday, BEAKER hit The Pig Place, Adderbury — and it’s FREE ENTRY! 🤘

Born out of Oxford’s ’90s indie scene, BEAKER released on Shifty Disco & Fierce Panda, played Radio 1 Sound City and toured the UK before calling it a day.

Now, more than 25 years later, they’re BACK — older, louder and with plenty still to say. ⚡️

And they’re bringing some brilliant company…

Strummerfest ’26 is done & dusted… but Strummer Room Records Presents has ONE MORE SHOW to go! ❤️🎸

And what a way to finish the year.

BEAKER have recently been the subject of the brilliant BBC Radio 4 documentary “Band of Mothers” — the story of a band formed at Oxford Poly in the early ’90s who, after careers, kids and everything else life threw at them, are back making music together 30+ years later.

Same band. Same friendship. Same love of making a glorious racket. ⚡

And there’s no bloody age limit on that.

🎧 Search “Beaker – Band of Mothers” on BBC Sounds.

🎟️ THIS SHOW IS FREE, but please reserve a ticket — it helps us enormously with capacity.

👉 TICKET LINK IN BIO

Come down. Bring your mates. Have a beer. Watch some brilliant live music.

One last dance for 2026.

SEE YOU DOWN THE FRONT. ✊❤️🎸

What else to do in a wet weekend!! Impromptu decision to go down to visit all that is Clarkson at The Farmers Dog and Diddly Squat, been on the wish list for a while and really enjoyed ourselves, found a great stop over for the night as well, The Pig Place about 30 mins from DS. Great vibe, nicely ran and some great food, music and Pigs!!! 🐖 doing everything we bought the van to do… even managed to book on the Christmas convoy with TCC… happy days.
